Anyone want a billet box? I've had mine for 2 days.. I'm already done with it..
the back cover will no longer slide.. almost like its a different size..
Set it up with 1 full tank of juice.. went till the batteries were done..
Took batteries out.. set BB to the side and charged batteries..
Go back to it.. an now the stupid back won't slide.. it jams up and there is no way I'm going to bugger the damn thing up..
Battery life is not that great.. get about 2/3 of the day out of it... I have more batteries on the way .. but with the cover not even able to slide into the back.. might as well just dump it now.

Now that was a little hasty no? Just put some olive oil on the side of the cover and the groove where the ball fits. Do this when you feel that the cover has a little resistance. For the batterie life, 2/3 of a day is freaking good. I personally use between four and six batterie a day.
Well hell, since your giving it away I will do you a favor and take it off your hands so it will trouble you no more.....

I think most add it (EVOO) at first sign of things getting a little sticky. Also, as DD has pointed out just recently in the last few pages, it will naturally break in and slide easier as you use it. Personally I use a fishing reel Teflon / ceramic grease and love it. I may have to use it monthly. And don't forget to play with you ball a little. In this case it isn't a social faux pas. Use a little lubricant of your choice and gently push it down and rotate it a little. There is another little nitrile ball underneath the SS one which acts as the spring. With use, it will break in a little making it easier to use. So go play with your balls!

Or is the tank sealed enough that you do not have to worry about it?

I do mine each weekend, with 99% alcohol, olive oil & Q-Tips.
It takes me about 5 minutes and keeps everything flowing freely. I don't wait for it to tighten up because I'm one of the dimwits* who actually let it go (once) to the point of almost-no-return. Scared the {XXX} out of me.
So, again, weekly; whether I think it needs it or not.

I wasn't too much longer myself (MAYBE a week - I blocked out the memory).
On the battery life, I have three sets and rarely use all three in a day. I swap at least once though, every day. Historically that's been a sticking point for me (battery life), but not with the BB. The combination of portability and smooth vape makes it a non-issue for me.
I grabbed a BB for a family member, and immediately put him straight to three-sets. He's never once complained about the battery life, and I believe that those three sets is why. My recommendation to anyone would be "three sets".
They travel nicely in my vape-case and I never worry about running out.
Nope, no worries. I only use it on the slides and ball, plus it is non toxic. Will grab a post a link in this post when I find it.

If you have a leaky carto or tank, and juice gets on the back plate or in the channels it's time for a clean and lube. Juice in the slides will make the door stick in no time flat.
Yup.. ordered 6 more Efest batteries just for that reason.
That should keep me going without issues moving forward.
I had 2 sets.. but 1 battery was DOA the minute I got it..
