i guess i'm not getting shipped he said pre 20th and post 20th, but no 20th!

Getting annoyed here.

I ordered from the first batch of pre-orders. I received my USPS delivery confirmation number on Feb. 23rd. I live in CT, so cross-country from where it was shipped.

It always said expected deliv. date of Feb. 27th. It is now March 1st, haven't had a single update since it left SLC, Utah, and the now-passed delivery date has not changed at all.

I realize there can be delays and it didn't actually move until the 25th, but it is now the 1st and it is Priority mail (usually 2 bus. days), so why haven't I gotten it yet??

I messaged Billet Box via their site and facebook, but no response yet..

Just a little worried about my $160 investment. What do you think?

It's in the hands of USPS and has nothing to do with anyone else I'm afraid. Mine hasn't budged from its point of origin. :-(

Damn. What is up with these shipments? I've almost never had a delay like this with USPS after it was shipped. Did they get confiscated or something? lol

They seem to be stuck in or coming from UT....really wish the seller would answer or let us know any info if they know..

There's nothing to be done, it's USPS. He shipped them and provided tracking, so his end of the bargain has been fulfilled for the time being.

Amen, once USPS has it there is nothing that can be done. Doug has been up front with everyone, now its time to just let em get the units built.

I would throw out there that travel of any kind here in the central US has been pretty limited and poor at best due to back to back huge snowstorms. The airport in KC has been shut down a couple of times. All mail service here in KC was suspended for a couple days. Airport closings and such can affect the entire country, not just the areas impacted by the snow. Not making excuses for the USPS, but they were delivering mail on a SUNDAY here last weekend in an attempt to get somewhat caught up before the next snowstorm hit. Could be part of the reason some of these shipments are delayed.

Also, I had ordered something priority a couple weeks ago. Took 5 days to get here, when it usually takes 2. USPS is whack, Jack.

I think Utah likes to hold on to them as long as possible! I got mine from the early pre order and it sat in Utah for several days before starting it's journey home. Definitely worth the wait, as you've heard His craftsmanship is second to none. You can tell his heart went into each and every one. Still loving mine, DD!

Those that didn't get their tracking yet we still have this update

Update FeB 27th, We are running a bit behind with the shipping of about 50% of the Pre Orders due to a batch of bad parts. We have remade the components, and are working round the clock (really)​ to get these out ASAP. If you Pre-ordered before Dec 20th​, you will have your order shipped by this coming Monday (the 4th) ​at the latest. If your Pre order was placed after Dec 20th, your order will ship no later then the following Monday (the 11th). We apologize for the delay, this was just a big bummer of a hick-up. If this time frame conflicts with anyone's schedule we are able to refund anytime up until you have been sent a tracking number.
Thank you to everyone for all your support, enthusiasm and patience. We truly hope you will feel that our BB was worth the wait!!!

Ok so maybe I spoke too soon - tracking updated early this morning and will be delivered today!! Finally!!

Yes it took a little long for Priority but oh well!

Will post pics up since no one seems to be! Few more hours....
