Ahhhh - she mentioned something along those lines to me earlier. So who's idea was it? Yours or hers?

As I said to her, if I'm going to slap something on top of something, the latter something will be one of the EPM's. My beautiful BB's would be unhappy with me if I asked them to lug something around on their shoulders.

They'd be all like, "Um, EXCUSE ME! Hello? Notice this nice figure? DON'T MESS WITH IT!"

And I won't make the same mistake with them that I've made with a few human ladies in the past. No way, nah-ah. I want to keep THESE ladies performing for me.

I have a huge collection of tanks that I love as much as I love the billet box and I want everything to work with everything else. My EPM is too heavy for me to use daily and the bb is the perfect size for my puny hands. When I saw that extension in the video I thought I could have my cake and eat it. I could have the option of a naked bb or when I wanted to dress it up or switch (as the mood takes) I could use my tanks instead of drip tips (I have a lot of them). Also all my tanks are acrylic and weigh no more than a oversize drip tip. :)

You have to remember I was a tank girl first.

Also I am having issues with the internal delrin tank and am using a normal slim tank so was in a right funk when I saw it.

Sorry, I don't have time to read all the posts. But the person with o-ring probs. It is basically a drip tip oring. If you have spare drip tips, swap them and see if you find a better fit and also keeping them lubricated helps. Think I measured for another thread and it was 1.5mm thick id 6mm od 9mm.

The Master speaks, K! And I hadn't thought of that, but now that I do... yeah - he's probably correct. The man knows his lubricated rubber things as well as anyone.

Have you tried swapping drip tips, just for the heck of it?

Just so I have it right, the o-ring on the brass connector is the same size as a regular drip tip o-ring. I have buckets of them. I will switch out and see what happens. Thks

I'm dying to hear if it works.

Ok a regular driptip oring has the same problem but I have some tiny white silicon ones that if I use two it works. Actually helps the flow I can hear the change I the carto crackle. :) I might not even need the slotted cartos.

A temporary fix but they are a bit unstable. Is it possible that the channel for the oring is machined a little small.

Yeah. Drip tips go into carto ends on carto tube tanks, and so the brass screw goes into cartos in the BB.

LOL let me have another cup of tea and think before I speak.
My initial question was, would changing that particular oring to a smaller one have any impact on the airflow. So I am with you on the fix.

Sorry, I didn't see that post. I just read the one that showed up in my email and that was about dumping a tank of ejuice in your lap due to the carto sticking on the brass screw.

That was only one of many that I dumped going through my trouble shooting. My house smells like a minty factory :)

I will need to rat my DIY box of bits for the right size. I can see these little white ones ending up in the big void where all things dropped vanish to.

Ths for your help. :)

Well, there are far worse things that one's house can smell like. :D
