So...... anyone recall this post from page 812? (post 8117) I read several subsequent pages but never saw a reply. (Sorry Tudius.)
The reason I ask is because 2 of my B Box tanks are also leaking from the fill ball. I've poked and prodded and pushed and smushed the tank face. Would any of you think that it's a pastability that it's because they are the clear faced tanks? And if so, why so? I don't see this problem with the all delrins.
DPL reminded me that somewhere in this thread this was discussed in detail, but I can't recall where or when or by whom.
Anyone have any suggestiones?
Can it be because of the form of the needle? Might sound weird but i can imagine to push the valve sideways with a straight needle and it does not end up in the right place. I only use those funnel needles included in the care kit. They push it some kind of down only on one side and the valve stays in place. Just an idea because i never had this problem before.

Since we're talking about filling...
I've been having the devil of a time (his revenge probably.) I used the syringe with the pink plastic needle. I used an eye dropper. I used the BB bottle with the pink plastic needle. I can only squeeze in a little bit of juice before it floods back out the ball.
Should I angle the needle more towards the center of the tank to get less of a build up at the ball so it won't flood back out? Should I hold the tank vertically?

Same for me sometimes. I noticed, when there is already some liquid in the needle when i push it in the valve, this happens very quickly and after that, no escape from flooding. The only way the air inside the tank can come out when you fill in the liquid is the valve so there must be enough space between the needle and the valve. Some kind of tricky but when I push in the needle without holding the bottle upside down and then turn it around together with the tank it really helps.

OK Tele, here's my super top secret method for no muss, no fuss filling of my BB:
Make sure you get enough juice in your syringe to fill your tank at one go. Less wear and tear on the ball valve.
Lay the BB on its back on the table, grasp the syringe by the tube part close to the tip end, and insert gently so you know it's really in there (hush DP and Snake
) I generally aim it down towards the opposite corner.Now lift the BB up, and hold it vertically with the ball valve corner up the highest.
Press the plunger on the syringe, and fill until there is just a little air pocket left in that corner. Don't try to get rid of that last little bit of air, it needs to be there.
Remove the syringe and wipe off the drop or 2 of juice that might be over the valve.
Vape and enjoy!
