Seems my shipping label has been created as well... sadly I may not get to set it up when it arrives, tomorrow I get both the Carpel Tunnel and Guyon's Canal on my right hand opened up...going to be one handed for a bit. Today I am setting up RBAs with new wicks and coils as well as changing cartos in tanks. I hate getting cut on.

UPDATE: The Last Big Push.

Hey guys, just a quick report. I haven't had the time to read through the thread and I know my PM box is just about to pop, so I will have misses any questions fired at me, just remember, if there is anything you need from me asap just give me a call (support number on the site). We have been going non stop to finish up the oversold, I got S&P Monkey, Daywalker, Nightshift, and myself in today to get these all out tomorrow. So if your in the 28th to 4th pre order section you should see a tracking number today... most will ship Monday, worst case Tuesday. Not everything has been smooth in the shop lately but I am happy with what were putting out and that is kinda the most important thing..

Had one returned to me after the button failed a few days after it was used. With the numbers we are putting out, I anticipated this would happen at some time or another. The button and all the other electric guts are some fine components (heck the button itself is made in france), but still, we make the circuit board, not the components and occasionally, despite me testing each one, something may go wrong... but we sure as heck will fix it asap, and pay for shipping.

I'll be able to spend some time in here after these are all out in the wild, and address my PM box then too..

I guess the the return you mentioned was mine? I want to let everyone know that while it was working, it was definately the best mod I've purchased to date. DD took my phone call personally, apologized, offered to pay shipping back to Utah, which I declined. We talked a bit about the issue, and he was genuinly as bummed as I was, maybe even more so. He even offered me a free tank for my issue, which I agreed to if it wouldn't delay any pending pre orders.

All in all, even though my BB had an issue, DD handled things on a personal level, was genuine, and wanted to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I will most likely be picking up a 2nd unit once things get rolling again. Just wanted to publickly thank DD and his staff.

USPS is really trying me lately. Got my tracking number last Monday. Origin scan didn't show up until the 14th. Showed in NY on the 16th (odd route from UT to GA, but whatever). Still didn't arrive today.

Heck, a package from ePipeMods, which is about a 40min drive from me, shipped Wednesday and didn't arrive until Saturday. And it said "out for delivery" on Friday.

I was getting better service from them the week before Xmas...

Strange, mine followed the same time line but never went to NY, it was delivered Saturday.

for all those waiting for the BB to become available again i sent them a email a few days back and got a reply this evening:

" It's tough to say but my best guess is that it'll be April before we'll have more stock available. We're working like maniacs trying to get everything set up to meet the demand (ordered more machines, hired people, etc). "

so looks like they will be ready to go here in a few weeks cant wait to get my hands on there new product,just hope i can get one before the FDA does something stupid.
