what kind of device you're usually used ?
I'm at 75 vg 25 pg i got vapor ( carto one big hole and one hole smaller a bit) but pg hit more
For the hit i use Flash from FlavourArt it gives more hit.....
with it may not be strong enough for you
I have been using a VV Reo Grand with a reomizer 2. The BB has very little vapor or throat hit compared to that , im hoping its because of the carto not having large enough holes or another problems thats easy to fix. I love the desgin and looks of the BB but its not cutting for me as far as the performance of the vape. Thanks for the tip about Flash - i will order some of that right now.
Check and see if some liquid got on the place where the carto. sits. I was having this problem too, and with same liquid and carto that was doing great befor. So after doing all the other things ohman suggested I thought about that. After I cleaned it off WHAM back to lots of vapor. And mine only had a little coating of liquid. Hope this helps.
regular tank, No... well not for toooo long, depends but not a good move.. Delrin face tank, yup, that's what its for.
Did you make sure you tightened down the top brass screw enough that it's making a good connection?
give a look under the brass ring for no loose debris that may be causing some air intake up top, also make sure the brass ring is snugged down a bit past finger tight... if that's looking happy then the carto may just be junk.... but i read you tried a lr carto too. Of the complaints about cartos, vapor production and hit are not one of them, and the BB is more than capable of burning your juice and popping the coil in a LR carto at 5.5v... if you are cranking the voltage up on the dial and not getting burn, garbage, make you gad and dry heave on the floor vapor with a lr carto... then perhaps the circuity in the board had failed somehow.... you could check it with a multimeter, it should read 4.05 +/- .08v at low to 5.55v +/- .05v at high... or we can check it for you... or you can call me and i can walk you through what it's doing vs what it should be...

I haven't read the whole thread but wondering what kind of signal that comes out of the BB in hrtz ..is it PWM or a straight line ???
Got my Delrin tanks today, they look amazing DD. Now I am waiting on some DIY flavors for a pluid(out of stock and have never tried) clone to test them with. I highly doubt they will disappoint. Thanks again.
Could be the carto is too saturated. Performance should be the same in the BB as any other VV PV with a carto tank. Perhaps try one hole. Could have a less than air tight tank causing flooding or near flooding which will kill vape production.
I've been rather pleased with the Ikenvape 2 hole SR carto's. Pretty sure they are the same as the large hole pre-punched Boge SR cartos. Not as good a vape as I get with my homemade BB atty, but actually pretty good with certain juices.

I will try to call you today , ive been slammed the last couple of days. m sure something has to be off because im not even getting the burning when i up the voltage - i see little difference from the minimum to the maximum voltage setting and ive tried about 8 different cartos both LR and SR . Not selling them...sorry. They're not complicated to make, but I've been really free time starved as of late. Do hope Doug, or someone picks up on the design that has the right tooling to make these available for sale. I make em with a drill, flat and round files, and a mini soldering torch lol. Scubabatdan is working on something somewhat similar, though I haven't seen anything lately. Could have missed any updates as I've been AWOL lately.

After building two more this past weekend, I stumbled across a 510 adapter in my junk stash that unlike the others I've used to date, is of the correct 9mm OD, and doesn't need to have the diameter reduced which along some other tweaks to the design, almost eliminates any exposed brass. I'll post up an update in the modder thread above when I build it...soon I hope.
Hope you get your BB/carto issue resolved soon. If it is a BB problem, no doubt DD will get ya fixed up. Hang in there, once you get this sorted out, I'm sure you'll love your BB.
Might I suggest removing the tank, and using a multimeter set to 20vdc use the black lead (ground) to the body and touch the red to the center pin and have someone fire it for you and check the output voltage. I had this happen to me also and it turned out to be one of the batteries was not accepting a full charge. I would also check each batteries voltage to see if they are 4.2 after fully charged.
