Been rocking my BB for about ten months, and the only trouble I have ever had was when trying to use the v2 diver. But, I have sold both of those now so it's back on track! Got super fed up of wasting loads of good liquid by drenching the inside of my BB.

Seems we have two B Box kamps... the karto lovers and the Diver lovers. And thankfully we are not at war, and cheer each other on. I know Kata and D underscore J have other threads (and the B Box Group) to deal with any and all questions on the internal feed mechanisms, whichever one prefers.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that cartos seem to last longer in their BB, than in a regular tank?

Count me in, Peter. I have no idea why, but I sure do like that it's so.

I didn't. But then again I was switching from 45mm to 35mm.

I'm kidding (of course). This thread, go all the way back to page one. I think this is your best option, along with the BB website. It's a truly awesome device, worthy of its reputation. And it's SO much more than just a "box mod" (of which many of us have many).

Clear your plans for Saturdays, then sit on their shopping site and wait for them to become available. It's a weekly ritual for many and has become almost a religious experience, particularly for those lucky enough to snag one. It's a moving target, time wise, and the window usually remains open for only about five minutes or so.

Some have employed "bots" to refresh the page for them, others have simply gotten very lucky.

Make some popcorn, have a few Snickers bars handy, and you should be good to go. Music too. I highly recommend a good selection of music.

Good luck - when you eventually do grab one, it's highly unlikely you'll regret it. Only a rare few have.

Hey guys, got a battery related question. Are any of you using the protected AW batteries? I'm asking because I've been using the BB with a Diver v2 and it's been awesome. I'm building my coils around 2 Ohm but even at 4 volts that's pulling 2 amps from these batteries which I think are rated for only 1.5 amps. The question I have is, are people building higher ohm coils for the Diver or just using the IMR batteries which have a 4 amp limit?

The only issue I have with using the IMRs is that you have to sort of guess at the remaining charge so there is a chance you can over discharge them. The protected AW's however, cut-off on their own once the battery reaches its discharge limit.

Any input would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for input. Yep that's what I'm using as well. The reason I was concerned is that if you use a carto or the Diver with for example a 2 ohm coil, you are drawing more amps from the battery then you should be. Of coarse I realize, the BB site also recommends using 3.0 ohm cartos which would be within the amp limit of this battery so maybe I should just start building higher ohm coils.

BB amp limit with the stacked batteries is 3 amps. I build my RBA's at 2ohms allowing me to use the BB up to 5.5v while still safely within the 3 amp limit. Do not use unprotected batteries in your Billet Box!

I too have and use ONLY the protected batteries, and I use them til suddenly I have no vape, then I swap them out. Am not sure if that answers your question or not - I only use cartos, and while I was using 3ohm like the site states to use, I like a warmer vape and have dropped to 2ohm cartos.
