According to their Facebook page, it's done for today.

That's messed up!
At least let the people know through their site! Not everyone is a Facebook slave!
I've wasted an entire evening (7 hours) in front of my computer! I said evening because right now it 1:30 am where I'm at.
No wonder why people buy them of from eBay at high prices.
They lack communication with their customers and that's not professional. Moving to another facility can not be an excuse for a lack of com. "POST ON YOUR SITE"

I remember the waiting and longing when I first tried for my BB. I was on here constantly. At least now we know what day they come out on.
Was hoping to get one for my one year smoke free. which will be in a couple more weeks. YAHOO I made it past 9 month and with ease. I do know without this wonderful little BB I might not have made it. Was getting so frustrated when I first started.

Well, luckily I have pretty high patience levels, I am pretty bummed though. Though with the delay, that may allow me to double what I alloted and try for one of the flippers.. if any more are put out at next sale, and if I am fast enough.. and..

Maybe its best to shoot for the one that wont go instantly and has more stock in theory.. hehe

I don't disagree in general mrpumuki, but they seem to still be in the very super beginning phase of actually having a real company, and hardly anyone there to boot. Not that that is necessarily an excuse, but I believe that they likely place more value on making units, shipping them, and servicing existing customers over updates. I believe that will change as they ramp up and mature as a company, but for now it is what it is.

When mods were first really becoming a thing, heck even real juice vendors, this kind of thing was pretty common. We all need to remember that most of these folks are creating a company not from experience as a corporate leader, but as a skilled tradesman (or juice 'chef') and trying to give to the community while abandoning, or seriously messing with their existing lives.

With my normal workload, a new son, and wife I could only imagine the time drain and physical and emotional strain doing something like that would bring into my life, and I am not sure I could do any better than they, certainly not from a product standpoint to say the least.

So I would echo as above, and caution patience and the benefit of the doubt, and try to give them some time to get up to speed, and become as good with their companies other facets, as clearly their mechanical prowess is.

Well it can be pretty easy to forget these things. The internet makes it easy to see a website, facebook, some product, and forget that its just a guy and a couple of other people who spend an insane amount of their time to make something like this, and it takes an insane amount of time.

Small business is an amazing thing for us, all of us, but its certainly not easy, and you often have people doing 10 different jobs, and none of them have enough time to get to all of it.

Such is life!

There's no nice way to say this, so I'm just gonna say it, and line my PM Inbox with a coating of flame ......ant.

You guys are trying way too hard to get a BB, but trying hard ain't enough. Forget FB and the bloody F5 key, just find my posts in this thread - or, better yet, here you go, I'll save you even more time:

Read this.

Then, read this.

This takes about 10 minutes of prep work. Have your CC info in a Notepad file, ready to copy and paste. Make sure you delete it afterwards, in case your computer gets hacked, you don't want unencrypted CC data sitting around on a hard drive.

Make sure you have notifications set to 5 second interval checks, and set the sound notification to Enabled, and choose cuckoo (it's louder). Max out your PC's volume.

Make a nice, strong cup of coffee. Grab a book or fire up a video game. Grab a mod. Babysit the computer and wait for the cuckoo to sing its song. Refresh the BB page to show the Add to Cart button. Add it, check out. You should already be registered, with address info already in the site. When you get to the CC piece, copy/paste your name, CC number into the spaces. Pick the date, type the security code, and done.

Every single person I know who has used these instructions has a BB. One just got his second BB this weekend - and those puppies were available for less than 1 minute. It won't be that bad when Doug's production is at full capacity.

Here's how I got my first bb. I followed kataphraktos lead and used chrome page monitor. When the alarm sounded I woke my phone up and refreshed. Added to cart and auto filled all my info. Hope this helps! Btw do a couple practice runs so you know how his check process works.

Auto fill in iOS 7 can be found in settings/safari/passwords&autofill

I've been the proud Billet Box owner for just a short time now. I just learned a very important lesson from the school of hard knocks, that I would like to share with all the other new(er) owners of this fine mod.

Last night, I had my first flood, totally caused by my wanting to see if I could vape to the very last drop (I couldn't), my carto started leaking out of the 510 connection - but anyhow, that wasn't THE lesson here...

It was during the resulting clean-up, and polish that I created the lesson I was yet to learn. Being a smart vaperer (person), I learn from what I read, and had already purchased (love Amazon!) my bottle of 99% alcohol, and using tissues soaked in this great fluid I cleaned every nook and cranny, secure in the knowledge that any resulting dampness would evaporate, leaving behind a just-as-new, sparkling clean Billet Box~! I finished my cleaning, rubbing and inspection, put in freshly charged batteries, and with a newly filled tank went to bed, smiling happily to myself, secure in the knowledge that I'd have a great vape in the morning.

So this morn I awaken and stumble into my computer room, fall into my chair and grab my BB, hoping to find the energy to wake up through some good vaping, only to discover that I must have turned the voltage dial during my cleaning binge the night before. So I go to slide the cover off - slide The Cover OFF!! It won't move~!!! The COVER WON'T SLIDE OFF!!!!!

Now, I have bad hands. I am only 52yrs old, but my hands are those of a 90yr old. My lovely wife opens packages for me now. So I think to myself - Peter, just put the BB aside for a bit, let your hands wake up some, and try again. So I content myself with my ProVari for the next 20-30 minutes, while constantly wondering and worrying about my precious Billet Box...

So I still can't slide the cover off. I beg my lovely wife to come in and try for me. She looks at the BB, and pokes and prods and askes me what the joke is? No JOKE I pant, the COVER WON'T COME OFF!!! I explain to her carefully in what direction, and how to hod this magic box to open it, and after a few moments she says - it ain't moving at all, got a screw-driver?

With those last hellish words I politely ask her to go on about her business and just leave me to my terrible fate. Sitting here at my desk, staring at this beautiful device, thinking of all the posts I read about others with stuck covers, thinking surely this can't happen to I? Not after I've taken such good care, and spent so much time completely cleaning it with my 99% alcohol...

It was then that I remembered, others discussing the need to use a drop or two of simple kitchen oil to lubricate the slide. Oh, how stupid I am! To do such a thing to myself! If only I could slide open the cover this one time, I promise to keep some corn oil, or perhaps even some EVOO to care for my pretty pretty box. But first, I must get this COVER OPEN!

I won't bore all of you with how I struggled to open the cover, but finally I did, and did so without damage to my precious. Using a Q-tip, I added just a smidgen of EVOO to the slide rails, dripped a bit on the 'ball', and now my cover slides on with a soft snick~!

Please, for the sake of your sanity, learn from this story, and may it never happen to you! If you go to slide your cover on, and it feels like you are sliding it over gravel, STOP what you are doing, and find a few precious drops of oil, and care for your Billet Box. Keeping it perfectly clean is not enough! Listen! Read! Learn from my mistakes!

I had a similar situation last week. I was only able to slide the cover half way and then stuck. Played with it a bit and after a few more minutes started thinking I am now screwed. Did not want to force it to much and cause more damage and finally did get it off.

I have been olive oiling the cover slides so needed to figure out what up. After examining it a little more realized that it was the clear plastic j-wrap. I did have the j-wrap perfectly installed and centered on the BB door but after a couple weeks use seems it may have streched a we wittle bit to interfere with the slides of the cover.

After my heart beating episode removed the j-wrap and decided it is time to give my BB it's own unique character. Now I really love the feel of the carbon fiber and aluminum in my hand instead of the plastic j-wrap.

OH dear! Peter C. I have the same problem with my hands too. But am a bit older then you. When I purchased mine I read this thread from 1st to last
2 times over. I put EVOO on mine almost every other night, or if it is the slitist bit sticky. When I first got mine didn't think I was gonna be able to endure the ache in my hands from holding it. They would hurt so bad, but loved the simplisity of use and the beauty of it, now they have adapted and don't hurt as bad

Be watchful of the carto cause that is still my hardest thing to deal with. Be sure to wet those rings in the tank good. I also use my drip tip to push it (carto) up
And down with each fill. The first time I tried to get carto out had to use needle nosed pliers and my daughter help. This BB is a wonderfully thing and I love mine.
