I will be doing this when i get my hands on the BilletBridge
As one of the testers, I can say the SABOT with a rebuilt ARO head is worlds better than any stock clearo head or carto. I'm currently running twisted 32AWG micro coil and cotton, and the vape is stellar.![]()
I'll be the cynic. Unless there's money behind all those siggies to compete against Big Tobacco and the drug companies we don't stand a chance. Every single aspect of our lives are now controlled by whoever has the most money. Nothing is done for the good of the people.
POLITICS:
Don't forget that one third of the senators and the entire house are up for election this fall. Find out who supports or is at least neutral on e-cigarettes and support them.
This rule is going to be finalized in the middle of the next presidential election and another one third of the senators also, if we make enough noise this fall they will remember and listen to us.
We are millions strong and can swing close elections if we vote together.
Lets not make the same mistake we did as smokers and go quietly in the night as the science is on our side this time.

What ohm coil are you wrapping? Also have you ever tried the Ready-Wick at RBA Supplies. I use that in my Reos and that wick has no taste and will last at least a month. The 2mm threads right into a 1.5mm or 1/16” micro coil. Also wicks better and holds more juice than cotton.
That's just XC-11#. I tried that many moons ago when it first started to be a thing. Just isn't for me. To me, the taste isn't as clean as cotton. rewicking cotton every 1 to 2 weeks isn't a big deal. Plus it's the coil itself that first gunks up, not the wick. When I dry burn the coil to de-gunk it, just thread new cotton in. Simple.
The one I'm currently using is pretty low (for a BB) at 1.5 or 1.6 ohms. It's a 7/8 wrap at 2mm (5/64"). Next one I'll make will be 8/9 wraps and should get it closer to 2 ohms.
The Ohms-per-inch on twisted wire will heavily depend on how tight the twist you get is. I'd say mine came out "medium" twisted, if there were such a metric. I've gotten it tighter before, but I was anxious to get it setup in the SABOT.![]()

That's a Nautilus head, which is different than the regular Aspire head the BBridge uses. That said, you can do a similar rebuild on a regular Aspire head. I've rebuilt a few for my BBridges. I find that actually removing the cylindrical filler material and putting more cotton in is actually much better for wicking. That filler material really restricts the juice flow. At least in the pack of heads I have.

All that website was set up for is data-mining and categorizing. I'm on the red list already! Do you have a recipe for gluten-free mousaka?I'm more worried about having to make an account at whitehouse.gov. That might nullify the effect of this large aluminum-foil headwrap. The NSA has been trying to steal my secret mousaka recipe for years.

Can't believe it but our friend Reo..... Was at it again but on the other side this time. Tried to score a BB piebald in the classies. Thank god it didn't go through... Sorry for posting it but I had to get it out of my system.

Bonus: the seller actually called him out on the fact that he has an "extra" up for sale. The gift that keeps on giving.
Yeah! Just placed my order for a BB. That wasn't so hard.
