Someone from BB called and had me check it with my multimeter and it's not getting power to the firing pin. So I have to send it back and they'll take care of it. The guy on the phone said he thought this was the first time this ever happened.

I'm happy they were quick to contact me and assure me it will be taken care of. :)

I had a similar problem with mine (from the original batch). It worked for a few hours then dead. Called DD up, sent it back, had it back a week later with a few "apology gifts" and a nice hand written letter apologizing for the issue and explanation of what the problem actually was....They have great customer service....
