Man they look Sweet! :2cool:

I wanted to order but still have to wait. I am working nights and didn't get to check the store till it was to late.

How many, average, is in a batch?

I would like to get 2 more BBs, a BBv3a and a color BBv3a one but not sure which color.

Question what drip tip is this in the picture? I need one of those too :)

It looks like one from Custom Drip Tips. I have one from there, carbon fiber with a purple tip, wrapped in silver wire.

Just to put minds at ease, after reading these few posts, I see how it could be taken out of context. There wasn't some Sabot issue or anything like that. A certain few folks, who will remain nameless, just had a little fun at my expense and torture.....haha. But I gave as good as I got. haha It was all in fun of course!

All I can say about the update is WOW~!

And this is why I am a *buyer* and not a maker of things. So much work, so many steps, - worth it to be sure, but it would drive me batty~!

Am glad for the photos, but even more glad when I get the privilege of buying a colored one some day.

The only thing that I can build effectively is steam. My hat is off to Team & Family DD and co..

Hello everyone, I will be putting my BB up in the classies with 4 batteries. I will be selling it for retail plus a little more for the batteries. It's practically brand new. I haven't used it much and don't show it enough love that it deserves. I will still be keeping the Sabots that I bought in the co-op because I will be getting another BB in the near future when the colors come out.

I wanted to let you all know before hand in case anyone here wants it first it will go up for sale tomorrow morning. Feel free to PM me if interested, US inquiries only.

My apologies if I'm out of line for posting this here and I will delete it if so.

So, after watching a couple Todd videos...I have gained an understanding that it is possible to build with resistance wire only...

I have to recant the above. I contacted Atmistique and they explained that resistance wire only on the Diver would result in poorer if not burnt taste. Below is a link to the Atmistique video on setup. To me, it looks pretty easy.

I always make and use nr-r-nr wires in the Divers using a zapper. On the Diver thread there is a link to purchase these wires already pre-made to the ohms you want if you do not want to make them yourself.

Thanks for the tips Willow, you are most gracious. But, I'm going to try tying a knot the Atmistique way. I have NR wire left from some forgotten RBA going to waste and the Diver arrived from Canada today. :)

It's not as easy as it looks, believe me! 30 gauge is thickest you can use or you won't be able to squeeze the ceramic cup into the base. I ended up buying a Piko zapper since I have two Sophias and four Divers. Lately I've been using the premade R-NR wires just to save time.

 I don't understand. I did a dry run with 32ga wire...no probs. I killed an hour though...yes the knots are irritating, but not mo moneys worth. (2.6 ohm coil)

When she ties the knots in the video it looks so effortless. But when I tried it, sometimes the knots would end up far from where I wanted and several times I pricked my finger on the wire. Maybe I'm just too clumsy to hand tie knots so I got a zapper. Then I found that I didn't need a zapper because premade wires are so cheap and fast. Oh well, guess I can sell the zapper in the classies.

Speaking of the classifieds, I'm considering selling my month-old BB and buying an anodized ver3a. The satin finish looks so much cleaner and I bet it feels better too. Besides being a fingerprint magnet, the polished finish feels like a greasy, slippery fish and I'm sure it will someday slip out of my hand and end up on the ground.

I kinda get it, but I learned to tie knots on fly line and leader with about as much instruction as that video, so I figure what the heck a knot is a knot ...I learned mods on mostly SS cylindrical things so I have come to love some shiny. When I change the BB tank I wipe the aluminum down with a damp paper and dry and when I pocket I slip it in a micro fiber bag, sometimes it gets a rub before it comes out. I got scratches but I ain't a skeerd a no scratches... (I bought a second tank but my Croatian mods would revolt if I bought a second BB). :)

While I can completely see the reason to sell the older one and buy the newer model, my plan is to *keep* my first Billet Box, and, buy one of the newer ones in a color~! I can see times where I will want to use one or the other, and I have enjoyed my BB so much I could not even think to part with it. And, while not rich, I am saving towards a colored one...

Thanks.
I've come to understand that the only difference is the shape of the enzelis simply allows for more juice in the tank. I love in my new BB v3a. If my Reos are a Bob Ross, this thing is a Michelangelo. Cartos just don't quite do it though after using a RBA for over a year now.

That's my understanding as well as the standard tube still has the reduced chamber inside. I can't wait until a Black Anodized BB is released. I'll be all over that.

Yup, internals of the v2 Divers are identical, Enezlis is simply an external cosmetic difference that also allows a few extra drops of juice to fit in the tank.
