You use the carto with the flange on the bottom?

I was de-flanging them but Isaac, the guy that has those, used them in his Bbox with the flange on it so I tried it and it worked great so I quit deflanging them. The one I have in there now has a flange and no problems.

In complete concurrence, de-flanging has proven that it can be detrimental to keeping your BB clean & dry.

You guys seem to like pictures, so I saved and uploaded one of Bill's, this one is set up just like mine is, with a short body sophia, there is a bottom nut that you screw on the 510 connector, that keeps it from being pulled out of the tank, a replacement top brass piece, that allows you to use one of Leo's tips, or the tip adapter, I am using the tip adapter.

I dropped the door on the tile floor in the kitchen and now the door won't close completely(about a 16" gap). Is there something I can do to

Been there and done that, it's an easy fix. First lay the door flat and look closely at each of the edges tracing all the way around. When I dropped mine it was real obvious where the dent was it sounds like yours was at the bottom of the door. I just took a very small hammer and gently flattened it back out. Hope that helps.
