I substituted the pin on the aspire coil with a pin from a carto and the coil head just screws straight into a 510/510 connector. That forms the base and then a carto tube with a delring grommet (made by an aussie) forms the connector. Simple. Need a stable non poly tank with tight orings. Can bottom fill a regular tank or use a tank with fill holes. I have been vaping on it for 2 days and the flavour is brilliant.
I'm not THAT heavy......

I have a shorter tube in there are the moment (from 510 atomizer) looks nicer than this I used for example
I think it will be a perfect fit for a full size tank, just wanted proof of concept before I worked with 6ml of Eliquid to dump

OK I'm old and slow. Can you lay all the pieces in a line how they go together. I'm not seeing it. I would love to do this with some of my carto tanks.
This pic is from when I was working it out example only as I would have to dismantle. Only have prototype and the little black delrin connector press fits into the carto tube and sits on the aspire head the same way a billet bridge does
Oh don't use a carto tube with holes in it. (Eg only)
I used a short 510/510 connector but have some tanks with thicker bases. Then I would screw the coil head into one of the taller 510/510 connectors.

Kudos also goes to GT who made the grommet. I think the billet bridge top will work and will try that when my spare arrives. This came about because I want to be able to use the billet bridge in my tanks.

I think the grey matter just started smoking. I think I got it. Now I just have to work it out. Great idea. I' ex been thinking if it works in the Billet Box that there had to be a way to use the BVCs in carto tanks. Kat and I were just talking about our carto tanks not getting any use.
