We've seen the construction process from start to finish pretty much, rather than spending the time doing an update I think build time is more important at this stage...

There's no way that is the case here, Dino's a great guy and I felt the trust from the get go. I take his absence from here as a sign he is getting these put together and boxed up, its a huge task for just a couple of people with so many of these Gems spoken for

I may be able to suggest a possible option if killer does not work. I have put a ce3 inside a smoktec tank and this worked fairly well. I was tentatively planning on modding BB's tank to accept one of these. This week however, I have been using a ce3 I put a ceramic wick into. At this point there is no doubt I will be modding BB's tank!! I plan on NEVER buying a carto again!! Taste is outstanding, no hard pulls or dry hits. I normally only get about three days out of a carto, four days tops if I vape gently, before taste goes and the draw becomes too hard. Ceramic absolutely ROCKS!!!

I think a Killer 705 may be too fat to fit in the BB's flat tank. I have one on the way but plan to use it with a Pro V2 tank on my ProVari...should look very nice.
I am just happy to know things are progressing with the pre-orders, mine will get here when it gets here, I am sure they are working as fast as possible while insuring every Box is in perfect working order.

ok guys, another short update who guessed something when wrong, because you win!!! Still, did get some out, that handful i said i would, but that wasn't much then suck happened, it's not catastrophic but still ate up time. Not all bad news today though, i'm back at assembly, wife is packing more as we speak
What went wrong:
If you've read all my posts you'll know that i recoded a lot of parts, but some didn't need touching. The contact block (the black delrin and brass thingy under the tank that the carto contacts with) was one of the unchanged parts.. I happened to have left over ones from the pre releases, so i used them up first, soldered them to the circuit board and everything was happy. Then I made the rest and soldered them to the rest of the boards . the new ones, simply, didn't fit they might have worked for a bit, but they were not right.
How to Fix:
make new ones, desolder the bad ones, resolder the new simple, stupid, time consuming I'm about half way done fixing all of the ones i need to fill the pre orders, but steeped back for a bit to get what i have assembly and out the door
What's the Damage:
Time, I lost a few days I still plan to have at least 75% of um out the door by next weekend, but for those of you on the tail end of the list . looking like the first week of March yes, i hate to say this, yes, i'm kicking myself, yes, you can call me names. Truly guys, i hate this (gut wrenched), i really want these out yesterday but they have to be right I simply can't go to sleep thinking i sent out something i was unsure of or anything less than out best.
What I'm doing NOW,
i'm putting them together as fast as i can, and then passing um off to wife lady...

she's doing the thing you guys actually want!!! Oh, on a side note USPS flat rates all when up, like big time canada, you went from 12 bucks to like 19 and some change france, GB and germany, you guys are 24 bucks up from 16 that's a big jump USPS, can't imagine that's great for U.S. exporters of small goods. and another side note, now everybody on the list gets a lure lock bottle, it was supposed to be just the kit folk,,, but since i ordered a metric ton of them...why the heck not.... they work great,

this is how our carbon fiber comes, for a size comparison that boot is a 11.5-wide.
carbon fiber is tricky to cut, it dulls carbide end mills so quick that she can only cut about 5 of these sheets (so 25 BBs worth) before the bit it trashed and she needs a new one...
k, i'm back to it . I try to stay off the interweb during the week as every time i do, i spend time . i don't have time,,, i owe you guys on our list my time
