Can we talk about anything other than waiting...good lord...some of us waited 3-4 months after paying and ya'll are whining after 3-4 days? Put on your big girl panties and discuss the BB, not the wait...

I don't have a tape measure with mm on it. Anything else you guys use to measure where to put your holes that is not a measuring tape?
Thinking I am going to try two holes for my 50/50 juices so I was going to go ahead and try my hand at punching a carto before my bb gets here. I have read that some folks have a hard time with figuring out when to stop the punch?
I got the bullet punch from avid vapors.

But, a standard carto is just over 9mm in diameter ...

I just eyeball it with my rotary tool. But, a standard carto is just over 9mm in diameter ... the end of a standard carto end cap (a.k.a. "condom") is a bit over 10mm ... so, good benchmarks there. Also consider:
- Take a carto with the end caps still on somewhere where you can measure
- Mark the bottom cap with a pen at ~10mm up from the bottom of the body (not the bottom of the atty connector)
- Take it home and trim the bottom cover down to marked height
- Cut a couple of spares just in case
Now you can stick one of these caps on the bottom of any carto, draw a line around the top and know right where to punch or slot.
So smiple even I can't up it screw!
Well, the US quarter is the official BB tool. If you stand one next to a carto, ol' George's nose is at about the perfect height.
Are there anymore detailed instructions on making this anywhere? I have never made anything with para cord but looks like if I had some good instructions I good do one of these no problem.
