That's funny, b/c every time I wanted to get away, I always went to Nevada -- Las Vegas, Laughlin or Reno. I love the luxury hotels in Vegas -- especially had fun over the non-gaming hotel where you dance over the floor of an aquarium of fish.

Even funnier, many times I come to your corner of the coast to get away. My roommate's family lives in Oceanside. So, you want to get away from the beach and I want to get away from the casinos LOL Maybe we can trade for a week lol
Maybe I'll get to meet you this autumn if I attend the Vapefest 2011 that will be in LV. Can't remember if it's Sept or Oct, though.
Well, flying is only 55 min., but if a group of us locals go, maybe about 3 of us would ride together. It would save money we could spend @ the Vapefest, but yuck, a 5hr trip - unless I drive, LOL. We could even share rooms. There's one dude I know from our area that I sure wouldn't mind sharing a room with, LOL.
Philly Vapefest is March 25-26; LV Vapefest is Sept 11-12. Not sure of location of the NV one yet.

Cool! I found this thread! I'm turning 39 on Monday, March 28. We were planning to go the Glen Ivy Hotsprings in Corona, but we got hit with a bunch of rain. I love soaking in the mud baths, and lounging in the 2 feet pools, but it will be too cold tomorrow. : (
Wow susden, what fun times that sounds like. IDK there were any hot springs near us. Makes me want to plan a day trip once our rain stops. But, oopsie, I kind of outgrew my bathing suit from the winter comfort foods, LOL. I'm way too vain to buy a bigger one, so I guess I'll have to rebound it all away (huff, puff).
Glen Ivy is in Corona, so really not too far of a drive from you, me thinks!!! Maybe we should have a meetup there, when the weather gets warmer! I will post to the locations groups!
39 on march 7th myself..FYI There is a great Spa out in desert hot springs. Not too far from you. They have great mud baths.
