I personally think the bliSS is on par with the orion V2.1, have tried a Hellfire so I can't compare to that. But even right outta the box with the small air holes this thing rocks, but i did bore one hole out to 1/16

I agree. I sold my orion and kept the bliSS.
What's with the spelling of Bliss?

So I just set up dual wicks and I am vaping 6mg. I'm not sure that I am going to be able to handle the TH. The only way to get more flavor is to dump juice on your tongue. This is nuts. Tomorrow I'm going to put 0nic in there, and I guarantee there will be a nice TH.
Job well done guys, thanks!

Agreed.. im running dual wick 5/6 wrap 30g kanthal with one of the holes at 1/16 and its simply ridiculous.. but I love it. my halo 0 nic still punches, my DIY 50/50 kicks.. really any eliquid I've put in is great. oh, and this is on battery only, no power regulation.. High five on finding the BliSS of dual wicks on this thing!

Thanks for all the support guys. Timeline for the next run of stainless and titanium are now officially in the shops hands. We will be pushing hard and as soon as I have an update I will let you know. Also, I have in my possession one of the two titaniums in existence. These things are beautiful. The weight difference is extremely impressive.

This will be the last list that Dave runs and from here on out we will be taking care of all the orders. This will give Dave more time for product development and qc. All products are going to be inspected by both Dave and myself before being shipped. We definitely rushed the first batch, and just want to ensure that we are releasing a quality product in the future.

The plan is to keep these in production and in stock (unless I am grossly underestimating the initial demand)

I have a question concerning the TI: the sleeve is it also TI or aluminum?
Also I had the SS version but the threading in the top cap had burrs and because of that was very difficult to clean.

The sleeve is titanium as well. The threading on the blisses has been extremely nice. Was this one you bought from us?

Yes in my excitement I failed to mention the specs... The wicks are #500 cut on the bias, and they are 60mm wide jack frosted. 32 K-A1 with a 5/6, coming out to 1.1Ω. Also running on an unregulated device.

I have sold all VV and VW devices, with the exception of 1 chrome Lavatube.

"Wide Jack Frosted" ? Never heard of this.. details or thread link ?

Yeah, my VW/VV have all been sitting around not getting much use lately, might start listing a few things on the Classies.

I have been reading a lot of experienced members explaining about getting as much mesh into the wick as possible, with almost no airhole down the center. So I just went with it this time. When I last built my DID I used the same size mesh, and I ended up with a large center hole. So I used the same dimensions for this and it worked out well. It almost looks like a tiny fuel line or something like that. The walls of the wick are very thick.
I oxidized it, before I rolled the mesh (Jack Frost method. I use hemostats to hold the mesh). Then I felt the need to touch it up after I rolled them, and I couldn't get a bare paperclip into the end. I had to use just the tapered end of a sewing needle, to hold the wicks to torch them. I noticed when I trimmed the wicks, it looked like I could see clean mesh specs. I know that doesn't seem possible after torching it unrolled, but hey, it's better than pulling the whole thing apart.

Honestly with double wicks blasting my throat out of my head, and the fact that this is my first dual setup, I cant form an opinion on the wicking of this setup yet. I will try with 0 nic.
I can say that I have used #200 mesh and I have had great results. With just regular, thin walled wicks. Also I have had tremendous results with #500 thin walled wicks.

@kwalka - Thanks for the low down, I wasn't familiar with that method, I'll have to give it a shot. Right now I just use #350 or #400 and do a "medium" walled wick. I can fit a paperclip down the center but just barely.. It works great. Typically I use my wicks for a few days, then put them in a PGA bath and exchange for another set. By doing this my wicks have lasted for a really long time and always vape "as new". Again, thanks for sharing, its great to learn new methods that might bring an even better vaping experience!

Right on!
Every week I just hit the wick with the torch, and the only reason I can't put a timeframe on the longevity is they keep throwing "something better" at me. So far it's always been "better" lol. Check out BJ43, he is the king. This guy does capilliary experiments with keroscene, pure vg, and pg. So he's a pretty safe bet for trusting his results. Oh yea, and he never seems to be wrong!

I love this community and everything we stand for, Vape happy!!
