Can one open again w/o loosing liquid say at half full to "top" or "tweak"?

yes ... opening and closing will jest depressurize and re-pressurize the chamber ...which is not necessarily a bad thing.... but just leaving the cap off too long can make them leak... however it is not a guarantee that they will leak.

Doesn't sound too difficult unless you plan on doing it after slammin shots of Tequila, or Nyquil...
