The bottom cap on my Ipro fell apart

By fell apart, I mean the chrome cap fell off, the tiny screw is missing, and the spring fell off too. I bought it on Jan. 21, 2012. Not sure if its still under warranty or if I should just order a bottom cap from the site. I was going to RMA it but I realized its not really necessary for just the end cap.

It really sucks not having it operational as I am always vaping with it.

Lizblue, did you send in a support ticket thru the Notcigs site? I answered you and flagged it for Mike to look at. You are still under warranty, it's 6 months

DId you notice it coming apart at all ?? they normally get loose before they totally come apart ???

FYI and all others reading this ,IF the cap sections appear to be loose please tighten them up using a phillips head screw driver and small pliers to hold the Nut inside , this will prevent them from coming apart.

We are waiting on the bottom caps from our supplier , I will not have them for a while ! go to a local hardwar estore and ask them if they can put it back together for you until we get the parts in OK ??
