Dang it! I can't drink anymore bc of the anti seizure meds I'm on.
I don't drink that much anymore. It is highly over rated and the older that I get the worse the recovery period is. lol

Remy Martin VSOP and Courvoisier VSOP are my (reasonable priced) favorites, but there are better cognacs. And yeah, they are great with coffee or dessert. We lived in Europe and Eastern Asia a great deal of my working life and nice wines and cognac were as normal there as drinking iced tea is in East Texas.
I miss it sometimes ... a lot. Oh, and the Port wines in Portugal, now that was really nice too. We got the wines from the small towns that are not exported because there's not enough of it made to bother shipping. Brings back a lot of memories.
Not me. I'm a simple man. Yes, I know there is an 18 and 25 year version but, this is what I usually have...
