This the bottom switch. I had to shave off 4 little plastic nubs, so that it would shut off when you released your finger.

To all understand this is the first thing I am modding.

My work got it for me. So I don't really know.
But it does have BOSS written on it. If that helps.

That's a 39$ one from home depot and hobby shops. I've wanted to do one myself but can't justify it

i have a cree flashlight that looks like that and accepts 18650 batts, may have to do something with that light if it keeps acting up, there are times (usually when needing light the most) when the damned thing wont turn on, if you take the battery out reverse it and put it back together click the button once and then reverse the battery again it'll turn on
