I've been working with a rotation of 10 echo-e's (half in use, half cleaned and drying) for about two months now. Haven't had to pitch one yet. They've all been cleaned six or more times, and after I've cleaned and dried them for a week, they're like brand-new.

So I don't have an answer for you as regards echo-e's. Check me in a month or two.

I have had Boge carto's last me up to 2 months before. Dual coils...I haven't killed one yet since they have been released and mine have seen several cleanings. Echo-E's..I have 20 of them and still going strong after a few cleanings and I've had them for 2 months or more. Ego Mega Dual Coils are just about indestructible. I've only killed one but I was running it at 7.4V's.

One major lesson I've learned in vaping is that you can't figure out anything in advance.

Each of my cartos gets used about once a week (rather than fiddling with them constantly, I fill a week's worth at one go). Some of them have been in use since late last year. Out of a pack of five which I bought two weeks ago, one is already dead.

My practice is simply to keep about 30 in rotation. It's sometimes weeks and sometime months before it drops to 25 which is when I open a new pack.
