The DIY Flavor Artisan's Apprentice Kit
(e-liquid Blend: 50% PG / 50% VG, Strength: 36mg, Dilution Base Liquid: Vegetable Glycerin)
Fill in 4 flavors from the list below (Specify Professional or LorAnn where applicable): Caramel Cappucinno (pro) strawberry(pro) Vanilla (pro) and Cantaloupe...

I should have asked before I ordered it but oh well... Is it safe to assume that the "Strength: 36mg" is talking about nicotine?

Congrats on your purchase bnperry. No worries. You probably would of got more for your money by purchasing some stuff on its own but it is a great start. Pleanty of great recipes here and information from knowledgable members. Ask away with any questions or concerns.

I didn't see any PG in your order (aside from what is in your nic blend). Is that on purpose?

To answer your question yes your Nic is diluted to 36mg and you can bring it down more with adding PG and VG to it.

My advice would be to read up on the stickies and immediately download the ejuice me up calculator. Handling Nicotine is not something to be taken lightly. Did I say read up already? :)

For future purchases look into Wizard Labs. Great site with great prices.

Yeah, i went with the kit simply because, I am one of those who needs to be able to "get" it, before I can comfortably venture out on my own. I will more than likely start going with getting stuff on my own after I am comfortable trying it like this first. Who know? I might get it, find that it is EXTREMELY simple and easy to understand and facepalm myself. I have done that more than once in my life :)
But, it wasn't on purpose that I didnt get any pg. I am a novice, well even less than a novice, and thought that the "pg" in the "E-Liquid Blend: 50% PG / 50% VG, Strength...." covered that. If not... looks like I'll be vaping vg :) I was wondering what they meant by "dilution base" I obviously chose the vg. lol. oh well, that is how I learn though.

Oh yea, everybody started like that including myslef. Didn't know myself if I would able to do it and am still strying. Luckily I have been making some good juice. I find it extremely easy after reading up a bit and using that ejuice me up calculator. It is there I realized the difference of PG/VG in the nicotine from PG/VG you use to further dilute it. What nic strength do you normally order when you purchase store bought? And what ratio do you order them for? (50PG-50VG, 70PG-30VG)

More on the calculator. It takes all the guess work on how much and what ratio everything has to be mixed with, plus it has alot of recipes included in the download. I would start with single recipe flavors from what you have. I am not sure on the Capella flavoring % to start with as I have never used any of them but a search on it should give you an idea with what to work with. Does the kit come with syringes and plastic container bottles for mixing? I find it easier and more accurate to use syringes to mix things up as the calculator just spits out how many ml of each ingredient to add. It also does the calculation in drops but everydrop is different.

Hope I am not making your head spin, I am just going with what helped me.

*WARNING*

Caramel Cappucinno
If that is TPA's, it mixes as 1 DROP per 10 mls.
If you open it and take a whif, and you get blown across the room, then it is TPA's. Mix 1 drop per 10 mls, let it steep a little and its a good vape. Mix a little EM or cream and its even better. If you dare to add a second drop.
