The E9 (greensmoke)

Hi,

I ordered the E9 from greensmoke a few weeks back, and I've been impressed. Now, I have a question:

I'm in Canada, and when I ordered the E9 starter kit, I expected that they would replace the nicotine cartos with non-nicotine cartos, in fear of border siezures. They didn't, but the package got through, and actually I was happy to get the nic'ed cartos. But now I'm wondering if there's a way to get E9 blank cartos and some nic'd juice from somewhere in Canada. Any thoughts? What about refilling the cartos I have with more juice? Is that viable? Are the atomizers within cartos expected to have short lifetimes?
