Ok so let me start off by saying that i read a post here about this battery and im aware that efest might have rewrapped these. Ok then hmm my question is can i run a .5 dual coil in this battery? It says that its a 35a high drain battery but some people say its only 20a if its true that this is just an LG 18650HE2 will it still run a dual coil at .5 if not what its the lowest ohms i can use it with? Thanks in advance

Check out this online Ohm's law calculator. To the right of 'Menu', under the word 'Lock', click on 'voltage'. Enter 4.2 on the left side in the voltage field, then enter 20 in the 'Current' filed and hit enter. 0.21 ohms will draw 20 amps.
Enter 0.3 in the 'Resistance field, hit enter and you'll see that will draw 14 amps.
I would not go lower than 0.4 ohms with that battery. Keep in mind that your ohm meter is not completely accurate.
0.5 ohms is quite safe IMO
