A big Thank you to all my customers who have used either of my companies for their Electronic Cigarette Products..The reason i have started this thread is to

1..Pass on information RE new initiatives and products we are launching.

and

2..To give our customers the chance to post feedback both good and bad.

As many of you know we have just launched our UK packaged and Branded Mini Kit in a suberp looking green and black box for the white cigarette and a stunning pink and black box for the pink mini. The ladies love it and i am sure it will be a best seller...

Also there has been some debate on our electronic smoking sticker.... If anyone wants one for their pub or club etc please just ask..

Hi mate. I've not had a chance to leave you feedback for my recent purchase from you on ebay but I just wanted to say that I'm happy with the product. Only problem is that for some odd reason, I'm getting a like burning taste now from the mini compared to the initial sweet taste. I've changed the cartridge and not had any luck and when I inhale the smoke really gets to my chest now and makes me cough. Do I need a replacement atomizer?

Whats happened mate is your atomizer has run dry ,

you have smoked your cart till it has dryed out, and the juice that collects in the atomizers ceramic pot too.

what you need to do is drip some nicotine juice on to the atomizer's to prime it,

If you look inside the atomizer you will see what looks like a metal wool bridge aim for that,

do not smoke it anymore till this is done or you will burn the atomizer out hope this helps and welcome to the forum

Seems to have been lots of disappointment with the news DSE filters, the manufacturers quoted leakage problems as the reason for the switch to the smaller tips.

Lots of customers quite rightly felt cheated..

After some serious discussions with my manufacturer they agreed to manufacture me a new filter, i have this in stock now for the pink dse with a black plastic mould for correct colour co-ordination..

These filters i believe are only available from myself as everyoneelse is still getting the new poorer quality cartridge..

Took some work but good to have a longer lasting more durable cartridge to supply for my customers..

He's at least up front with his customers and lets them know there is a problem.

I bought from you and unless I'd raised the issue of the small carts you would never have mentioned it to me would you ?

Also in an email to you I mentioned that one of the atomisers you supplied had some paint missing from it, I didn't ask at that point for it to be replaced, I was rather hoping you may have picked on the fact I wasn't happy and offered it ... but you didn't even bother.

So for you to come on here and say that you have the power to change manufacturing process in China ... mate just who the feck do you think you are, get over yourself !!

Michael.. Its a reality... If you received a scratched atomiser i apologise.

You were not the first to raise the issue regarding the cartridges... The fact is lots of customers did..

The point i was raising was not that i have some magical powers to alter the chinese production mechanism, rather that as i do buy in large quantitys and spend over $60k per month with the manufacturer i have dealt with for well over a year i do get listened too.

Please buy elsewhere, you wont get the same cartridges that i now have, you probably dont want them.. Ok. But one thing i can assure my customers of is that i take action..


The cartridges i have coming through for the DSE are very similar in barrel depth and capacity to the originals.. Not all my stock is the same but within a month the shallow old DSE cartridges will be exhausted...


With regards your insinuation that i do not listen or care what my customers think, maybe you should think again.

Up To now i have only been selling a limited amount of e.liquid on my E.Bay site but have decided to increase the flavours and add a complete range on the web-site..First 17 flavours now in stock..

I am currently ordering another 20 flavours from a different supplier and within a month they will be here... so 40 in total..

The Black Mini kit is on the way in freshly designed packaging, this will be the 3rd mini in our newly packaged range, each box compliments the other and will give "The Electronic Cigarette Company" a good foothold in the wider marketplace ...

We also have plans for a more varied colour range to suit different markets I.E Female, Male, Cluber, Bling king or Queen ETC

Each distinct box compliments the other kits in the range, exciting times for mainstreming electronic smoking...

Im still looking for the Flourescent multicoloured Ravers cigarette, its proving hard to source a company that can add 5 flourescent colours to a battery and an atomiser...

Its not just an E.Cig its also going to be a must have fashion accessory...

Jason what about a perspex one it would be nice to see inside the little atomizer working dont you think?

One thing that did cross my mind was a collectors set in Gold or silver(Real Gold and Silver) i then thought about it and realised to do that i would need to create a golden shell for the battery as noone is going to pay hundreds of pounds everytime a new battery was required.. So its a possibility, if it was designed in a similar manner to a ball point pen..Just un-screw, throw away and insert another battery in to the Golden tube

Ok up to press, but then how would i manage to do a golden atomiser???

The same problem would be there, but the soloution is different. A case would have to have an inlet hole that matched exactly with a screwed in atomiser inserts inlet hole..

Not practical unless the atomiser casing(the gold shell) was perforated like a silk cut...This might work..


Could market it to the Sheiks at royal ascot, just might bring the E. Cig more into the public domain...
