Ok, first off I was a little concerned over shipping issues and the lack of information on their web site about order status (and also lack of any e-mail about the order status). However they really came through with my kit coming in just 5 days after my order.

The ECOpure juice that came along isn't really impressing me that much. The one thing is, I don't think you could dislike it very much so it seems a safe way to go if you only have one juice.

The atomizers and batteries all worked perfectly (5x 510 Atomizers and 3x manual batteries) The batteries came fully charged (I started vaping with one right away and the other 2 showed full on the charger after 1 minute.)

Last thing to remember is USE THE COUPON CODES. I forgot to do this and I know I've read other people who did the same.

I also recently placed my first e-cig order, with Innovapor. Order #1001, placed while there were still several ongoing complaints about shipping.

That order took a few days longer than I would have liked, (about a week and a half) but all in all I have no complaint about the product nor the company.

The day after I received that shipment (for 510 starter kit) I placed a second order (#1303) for the 510 spare parts kit (2x batts, 2x attys, 5x carts, 3x eco3ml) and a sampling of five different 3ml ecopure. THAT order arrived in pretty reasonable time, delivered on Friday, when the order had been placed the previous Friday.

These folks are enduring some growing pains, and I suspect have learned something about trusting (or not) their suppliers' claims and promises. But I've been satisfied. I never did receive a reply to an email I'd sent, but Mark picks up the phone and seems honestly interested in helping, so I won't complain there - it's damned hard to even find a phone number for so many E-tailers, it's refreshing to find a new online store that invites phone contact. It makes me feel like this is a business, rather than a web site with a shipping department.

Apart from my interest in trying other (non-ecopure) fluid, they've earned a repeat customer in me.
