Hcigar did more than just release info, both their Hana Modz 18650 and Mini DNA20 clones are out now. I had the opportunity to buy one in a local shop about 2 weeks ago, but I want a DNA30, not a DNA20.

I ordered one of the grey ones....might see it in a month. We'll see if they start popping up on US sites/ebay before it ships. I'll put some duct tape on the logo.
Chips available now , interesting. Seems buying from FT is worth it , if yours goes bad they have a long warranty and exchange period and now you can just replace the chip, awesome .
Don't forget your not paying $70.00+ either , $52.00 and $56.00 is much more like it.

You also arent paying for American overhead. These mods have been stateside for a while and have sold for 100 plus
I am hoping for a full size version with a removable battery but will get the 20 watt if thats not going to happen. I really don't see any major difference besides higher wattage capability of the 30 watt with a built in lipo or an Innokin MVP.
The cheaper prices and considerably longer return policy is a huge selling point for me with these box mods.

The 30 watt replaceable battery model is finally available and at $56.00 with a six month return policy , now thats a real warranty , you will know by then if it cuts it or not, AWESOME.

I would be interested in reading info outlining the details on why it is not as good . I have a few friends who love their FT 20 hana clones , they say they work exceptionally well and are impressed with the build and machining.
The seam is being discussed in the FT thread and many seem to say it's not an issue and others say it is , the FT 30 lipo versions have no seam .
If someone can provide proof that they are not as good thats another story. The issues that have popped up are nearly identical to the Clouper problems.
The best thing about it is the fact that you can return it up to 6 months later if there is an issue , the warranty on the others is a joke.

So far FastTech seems to be the only option for the mini sized model. I'd be getting one if I had $56 extra lying around here.

Blue Mini for me. I'm probably gonna get a 18650 model too. We'll see how the little guy works out.
Question: I ordered one and am awaiting shipment. It's the lipo version. What's the difference between that and the 18650? I've got some 18650 batteries already - should I cancel the order and place a new one for the 18650?

I'd check the dimensions of the one you ordered. As far as I thought all the LiPo models are the mini. It'll have between half and a third the battery life of the full sized ones that use 18650 batteries. It'll also be smaller, hence the mini.
