Many of you have this First vaping Experience and some may not Succeed in vaping and Contiune Tobacco Smoking.
It is important to have the Below things right before one can successfully Quit Smoking and eventually Quit vaping.
1. Find the Correct PV, as this will determine how you Experience and feel the sensation of Vaping
2. Get the Correct Flavor and don't just try on one flavor and determine that it will last you forever. Determine the Correct Nic level and don't try to buy too low as it will only let you to feel more Craving on Nicotine. on an Average, 11mg to 16 mg is good.
3. Vape in the correct Procedure, PVR method.
(Press and hold for 1 sec before Vaping in for another 4 sec or more(Depend on individual lung Breathing). Release the Button and Continue vaping in for another 1 sec.)
4. You will eventually Start to breath in more on the 2nd day of Vaping as Your Body is in the Recovery state where you have not smoke for 2 days except Vaping.
5. Many of you will experience different Body reaction or symptons due to your Body have not Smoke tobacco and it is indeed in the Recovering State. Believe me or not. It will take more that a month for your Lung to actually fully recover to normal. You may need to take some Vitamins B and Protein to assit in recover and remove the toxic.
6. On the 3rd day, Some may Experience the Urge to Buy Tobacco as the Mind may Say to you that you have forgotten to buy Something or you want to try it out on Tobacco again. (Don't buy, you will eventually Smoke the first stick and Throw it away the Whole Pack)

8. Eventually for the First week, you have Quit Tobacco and the Rest of your Life depends on how you wanna Vape.
