I am a heavy smoker. 3+ packs a day. For a long time.
Been a smoker for about 40 years took awhile to build up to 3 packs.

So for a long time I've spent a large portion of every day with a cig in my hand or mouth.

So I figured I'd need a juice with a heavy nicotine load.
Ordered my juices with 24-26mg

As much as I'm accustomed to puffing away. That's too much.
A few puffs and my ears start ringing and can feel it in my heart.

So ordered some 0mg juices with the flavors I already got to cut it down.

Unfortunatly it'll be days before they arrive.

bumming right now =\

you may be able to get PG at a local store in the meantime. it'll dilute the flavor a bit, but may help you tolerate it until your flavored 0 mg comes in. Hopefully someone will chime in about brands/grade of PG....

BTW, welcome to ECF

Thank You

I live in a small to mid sized town in the midwest
We do have a wal-mart and a couple tobacco shops
The shops each carry a single type ecig and refill cartridges for it but no juices

I have no idea who or where would carry PG...

I'd have drive about 220 miles round trip to get to a place that stocks juices
It'd be cheaper to have them overnighted

Down side of a small town

Specifically, what juice? At 3 packs/day, 24mg shouldn't be causing you any problems. I was never that heavy a smoker, and I can do 24mg -- not all day, but more than a few drags on occasion.

Some people have allergic reactions to PG.

Also, what e-cig are you using?

Using eGo Riva and Mega
Man I hope it's not an allergy
Counting on this to get me off analogues

What are the symptoms?

VG at walmart to cut your nic (and get huge vapor) by Humco about $4 in hand lotion area kind of. It is vapable on its own...kind of sweet, I use it to clean flavors out of attys. Basic math to cut to lower nic level. PG at a feed and tractor supply place. You have to get a pharmacist that listens... they offer up peg, can be used, but most (even tho compounding) have to order pg. CVS also carries vg.

This is my first post in a forum so please forgive me if I screw something up. You can get VG (vegetable glycerine) at many drug stores and at Walmart. Make sure that it is USP grade. Don't vape it if it isn't. Also I have read that you can get PG (Propylene Glycol) USP grade at Tractor Supply. Unfortunately for me the nearest Tractor Supply is pretty far away. Maybe you have one that is closer. If you are adding VG make sure that you are adding a little (about 10%) distilled water. VG is very thick and doesn't wick well. Also when you start diluting your e-liquid, just go for small amounts a few mL at a time, in case it doesn't work out, you haven't wrecked your whole supply. I hope that it all works out for you.

Does anyone know how to get an avatar on the post?

I'd get some VG, it will make it milder and, of course cutting 50/50 will lower the nic as well. I too was a 3 PAD smoker, 4 if i got bad insomnia and didn't sleep. I'm fine on 36 nic PG so, it might be the flavoring or a reaction to PG. Do cooking extracts (vanilla, lemon coconut, etcc liquid flavorings) bother you? They also have PG and if you get a reation from a few drops of one of those, it's the PG, just put a few drops on your tongue and see if it's the same as what your PV does - if so, refrain and get 100% VG juice (StrictlyEJuice sells all levels of nic and flavors in 100% VG)
