Homemade chicken n'dumplings or homemade meatloaf?
Homemade meatloaf vs my smoked pork baby back ribs
Per slab ingredients
1Tsp brown sugar
1Tsp garlic powder
1Tsp onion powder
1/2Tsp
salt
1/2Tsp pepper
1tsp cummin
Mix dry ingredients
Remove membrane from underside of ribs
Brush on a thin coating of yellow mustard
Sprinkle dry mix evenly over both sides
Place in smoker bone side down
Smoke 3hours at 225 with favorite wood, vent half open
Wrap tightly in foil with 1Tsp water
Return to smoker for 1 hour
Brush lightly with pre warmed Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce
Serve with sweet corn on the cob and baked beans
