I would like to give credit where it's due. Ruppy is the one who I first saw talk about the one he made so the credit is his. I made mine tobay using the stormy tank and it is amazing. I have no leaks period and the vapor. Each puff is like the first puff from a brand new fusion. The Fusion continues to be the best cartomizer made.

Oh, I gotta do this! One of you two have to give me more concise instructions. PM me or something. Please.
5card? Ruppy? Anyone? Bueller?
Oh, and where does one get a Stormy tank now that COV doesn't seem to carry them?

Storm tanks can be bought at Stormys vapor cellar...google it...i can't remember the exact site URL at the moment...the shipping is super fast though

It looks like 5C and Ruppy kept the steel tube on in their pics. How does that work?

I think that they are just cutting slots but I am still waiting to find out for sure, here is a tank and carto cutting walk through.

I am thinking that it works in a similar way with other tanks. Oh and I think someone mentioned that the fusions work even better because the connector has the larger diameter but overall most people say no leaks.

I really hate sounding stupid but.... I will anyway. Slot them with what? A dremmel? A hack saw? I'm still trying to figure out how people cut stainless steel E2s with a tubing cutter. I bought a $10.00 mini tubing cutter and I can barely get it to scratch the steel on these Royal Smoker E2s.
There, that sound dumb enough for ya?

Edit: OK, I just realized that I threw $10.00 away on a crappy tubing cutter. My decent full sized cutter cuts the E2s OK. Still wondering about slotting though.

I use my dremel and a metal cutting disc

Yes I just pushed out the E2 that the Stormy tank had in it and put the Fusion in it's place. After you get the carto out mark the Fusion right at the top of the lower seal or sleeve in the Stormy Tank. Cut a slot right there with your dremmel then slide it back together. I'm going to shorten the bottom seal because it takes up half the space. I also found out if you use Ikens tip and push iy all the way through the upper seal so it goes into the fusion just a bit, not much, but it seals and works better. Once you get a tank and disassemble it you'll see how to do it. It's easy. The tank from Vaporessence works quite well too but I couldn't get one so I got the Stormy tank.

I hope this attempt at instructions helps.
