I found this document when doing a search for policies in my home state of West Virginia:
It's an "ecig Factsheet"
https://www.pwc123.com/c/document_l...c3-149f-4a0b-995f-d3d8b1131099&groupId=206718
includes a nice little closing to suggest wording for policies in the future, so ecigs are included in any bans
Then, it took forever to find who actually published the thing (I'm not too bright).
But turns out these folks published it:
The Wellness Council of West Virginia WCWV
https://www.pwc123.com/web/wcwv/home
shockingly, found Pfizer is linked as one of their "resources"
One of their statements: "The WCWV is a pioneer in the field of worksite wellness and strives to stay on the cutting edge of issues relevant to employers."
This place is a member of the National Network of Wellness Councils.
National Network of Wellness Councils
Just sharing more policy-pushing, non-profits research...
Anyone familiar with this group? Experience with them in your state?
