So, I've been vaping just over a year now and my go-to for at least the past eight months has been my GGTS/UFS setup. Well, I think it's been about a week and a half since I received my silver/black Grand and my GG has been reduced to back up duty. While I will never get rid of the GG and there is no way the Grand will be my last mod, I can honestly say I understand why all of you are so damn passionate about these things. Well done, Rob. I see a VV Reo in my future.

To be honest, when I say "backup" I really mean that I still don't leave the house without it, I'm just currently obsessed with the simplicity of the Reo vs. The constant tweaking of the UFS. The best part of it is, as far as I can tell, the two communities are two of the tightest-knit I've ever seen on the interwebs.

It's a beautiful thing to find your vaping sweet spot! REOs have done that for many of us which is why we're do damn passionate about them heeeheeeeeee!

Welcome to REOvil Dave - it's always a good day when someone finds the REO!

Wait till you get a second Reo. My first 1 was a Grande and was loving it at 5v with a 3.0 boge then I got my mini and moved to the front of the line at 6v with a 3.0 boge then i put a 2.0 boge on my Grande at 5v and now I carry both of them for twice the flavor and twice the fun

I was strictly a 6V vaper until fairly recently and I have switched almost exclusively to 3.7, once I found some LR atties and 18650's. The flavor is fine but the difference in heat is noticeable, but a fair trade off for not having to change my battery for two days. Then again, I usually have at least one of my other two mods (yes, I take three of them everywhere I go) loaded up with two 16340's so I can get a hot hit, if I so choose.

I do have a question for you guys, though. I could be imagining it but, there is a significant difference in flavor between the UFS and the bottom fed mod for me, using the same atomizer. I'm sure it's not inherent to the REO, since all bottom fed mods essentially do the same thing (don't get me wrong. Unless it's a Woodvil or VV Reo, this is the only bottom feeder I will ever own). It seems to me like the atomizer is still getting the same amount of juice to the same place i.e. coil, bridge, etc. but still tastes a little different. Not that one way is better than the other, just different. Does anyone here have both of these setups and maybe want to chime in? Like I said, this could completely be a figment of my imagination and I hope I'm not offending anyone making the comparison.

Congrats and WELCOME TO THE TEAM. Glad you like your REO and yeah, it seems like a lot of people are waiting for the VV model.

I normally don't pay attention to the sigs, but yours is the first one I've noticed that says "not spent on cigarettes." Ha! I always wondered why people had the thousands of dollars saved number with absolutely no regard for the thousands of dollars of mods they have listed under said "savings."

I am one of those people...

Yep, we have noticed in our household that top feed, dripping, bottom feed, and tanks all produce a slightly different flavor profile. It don't think it is mod specific either...more of a delivery specific difference. We've had all the big name devices and accessories through this house (GGs, Provari, Darwin, Buzz, Phid, RedSky, OldGoat, among others) and tested the heck out of them all. And we have not come any closer to figuring out why this is.

And don't worry, no one takes offense to the comparison or use of other mods. We all know we own multiple mods by other manufacturers.

I find every delivery system has a different taste as well.

There are so many damm variables to vaping its mind boggling :)

Wait till you start collecting woodvils, every wood has a different flavor as well.
For me it starts out strong and dies down in a couple of months but I think I could tell the difference blindfolded still.
