Hi, all. I spend way too much time browsing this forum, and I don't see nearly enough love for Good Prophets. I recently had a problem with a battery that I was sure I'd had for way too much time to qualify for replacement. But the owner, Rob, replaced it and sent out the new one before I'd even sent him back the broken one. I was floored by that and by how fast he got back to me with each email to him. I knew their prices were fantastic, and that their GP-Tab was great, but I had no idea their customer service was also second-to-none. Thank you so much Rick and GP!
