The Gripper 'Standard' Got Mods

Hey Mod Folks: I purchased a Gripper the Standard Non VV one along with a number of other Batts, tanks and what not. Actually purchased way too much but…. You know how that can go! I’ve scoured the Forum Archives for any and all info. I found some Good Tips and a Few Mods. Is there any other place to look for Mods for the Standard Gripper or do you have a Favorite Mod you would like to share? I already Plan to use the GotVapes™ PHOENiX™ REBORN Bottom Coil XL and some smok Tech Dual Coil Mega XXL Cartomizer as well as an Extension for other tanks if needed. I might even get another Gripper just to play with or for back up? I’m curious to what others have done with these Little Palm Batteries? I wanted something to start my first Mod Project and I thought What the Hell plus it seems from what others say about it, it would work well when out and about!

I frequently recommend this mod to people who are looking for an inexpensive and stealthy mod. I have the variable voltage version and an Ovale V8 as my out-and-about PV's. For home I have a Provari and Silver Bullet topped with a AGA T rebuildable atty. Oh, and I forgot the BB.

I'm primarily a cartotank person, aside from the RBA which has only been set up for a day now.

It sounds like you are asking about other juice delivery devices to try on your Gripper besides the CE2 Phoenix and mega carto. I think you'll actually like both of those. You should also look into a small-sized cartotank at some point, or perhaps a clearomizer or mini Vivi Nova tank.

Hey Baditude: I thought I might hear from you! I’m looking more towards Mods for it. I saw where one guy opened it up more to fit his Cartos and another that took it apart and used the guts for a wood mod but I was thinking more of Mods to the Gripper itself. More of a start to Modding for a new guy. I purchased some tanks Kanger T3 Bottom Coil & Kanger MT3 Rebuildable Clearomizer. A couple Vision Mini Vivi Nova Rebuildable Tanks as well as the equipment in the previous post. I want a couple of CE5 eGo Clearomizers but all of the stores I shop at were out, next time. I purchased an eGo Twist 1100 mah and an eGo Pass Through 650 mah. All that will set me up while I play with the Gripper. I want one more battery but still trying to decide. I think I might go a little bit different with the ESCO E2 Apollo Chrome Batt & Tank but that’s just a thought now. I think with what I purchased will keep me happy for a little while?

Sounds like you'll be pretty busy with multiple delivery devices to try on your mods. I hope you find some that you really like.

Do some research on the ESCO E2 tank before you buy one. They were once the rage when they were introduced, but you don't hear much about them now and I think like many new devices that they have fallen out of favor for most folks. I did a google search of these for you that has some reviews, here:

Hey Baditude: Yes, I figure I would go with some of the different “Delivery Devices” that have good reviews and see what fits me! Hopefully I do find something I like! I’m surprised to hear about the ESCO E2 Tank? It looks like its quality goods!?? I will take head with the info in the link you supplied! In my searches I kept seeing the ESCO E2 Tank & Battery and it grew on me! The esthetics are quite unique and stands out! I even saw one with a Skull Drip Tip! Yeah I know? But with a nickname like Skullman I have received many Skull trinkets over the years maybe too many it’s just a thing!

Most of what I purchased is rather blasé I would like something that pleases the eye! Yet that is why I said it’s a thought! Don’t mean to offend anyone but that’s my opinion! The Bolt Batteries have caught my eye too! I noticed you have a few. I was going to purchase a Spinner 1300mah but thought I would hold out? Two batteries so much a like the Twist & Spinner just didn’t settle with me plus they are so long like a baton so I didn’t go through with the purchase. Hell, I already have three shopping Carts with items in online stores, I think I’m going just a Bit Too Crazy with it all!
