I was wondering why you only offer a 14 day warranty on your batteries? Most of the vendors I have seen offer 3 months on most of the batteries that are like these. I am also interested in a Hello 016 kit I have seen with cartomizers instead of the 2 atomizers and the cones since there have been some issues with the atomizers in these kits.
Is there any chance you might sell such a kit in the future?

Most of the warranty on batteries is 14 days. Some might offer longer, but most don't.
The hello kits are packaged from the factory that way. The atomizer is built into the cone.
If there is any thing else I can answer please let me know. If there is any problem with the battery close to the 14 days, you can always ask us.

I love my Hello 16. Never had a problem with atty cone. They also take a regular 510 cartomizer. I like the cones better though - much much better hit. 5 pack of cartos is 7.95 new cone is about 12.00 for one. IMHO the cone kit is a better deal.

Okie dokie not here to start any type of fuss or anything but I like the cartomizers much better than the attys to begin with and that is what I am using now with my Ego. I doubt I would use an atty so that would be a waste of cash for me.
I have seen at another vendor's site a Hello 016 battery paired with a charger, and 5 cartomizers as a kit. This could have been something they threw together. It did not have the atomizers or the cones like this kit does. Unfortunately they are totally out and don 't know when they will get them back in. That is why I asked what I did.
I was not aware that they did not come that way as a kit for anyone else.

I won't go into the warranty on the battery other than to say I will not purchase a battery from anyone who does not provide a 3 month warranty sorry, there are too many vendors that offer it and I have seen from reading the forums here too many problems with these batteries after a 2 week period. I don't have the $$$ to fork out for battery after battery. Just my 2 cents.

No fuss intended and I'm sorry if I came across that way - I like the Ego cartomizers too A LOT. I was just saying IMO its a better deal - the cones run 11-13 bucks and I would try them if I were you. Cartomizers draw hard on the hello and I either loosen them a bit or file a notch for better airflow. If you don't like them they would probably sell quick in classified. Just trying to help.

I handle each case differently. Please give me a chance to make you happy. If the battery was treated properly, that could be different.
