Anybody tried this yet?
I've got a serious fetish for little drippers and I'm a big fan of bringing air in from under the coil, so this is right up my alley. Plus, it's 304 stainless, not a shame-bringing clone (though decidedly Chinese), and, oh yeah, not even fourteen dollars. I ordered one last night (along with an mvp20, so they oughta pair nicely), so I'll at least let you guys know what I think in a week or so, but I was wondering if there's a general consensus on this guy.

One thing I notice is that the post holes are super low. I'm planning on single coiling it and wrapping my leads under the screw heads.
That and there's no real juice capacity. Wish they'd drilled out those wick holes into a legitimate well.

I haz a confuzed.
How does this not dribble liquid through the gap around that screw post?
How do you adjust the airflow? And where does the air come from?
I looked, because at 17mm, I'd like to have a center post to drill, and bottom-feed it...but, well, there's no center post there either.

OK, found another picture, and you can see there's a hole in the side (below deck) and a hole in the cap.
Still don't get why there's holes in the deck under where you have dual coils, AND a hole in the middle.
One or the other's gonna leak. They should've made the middle a center pin - easier to build a dual, and you'd have air under each coil...

It looks like it's just a single air hole, the one in the middle, and the two holes on the sides are the wick/juice "wells" ?

That's my understanding of it, yeah. Only really saw one video of it on youtube, and that's how the guy used 'em. They're not holes all the way though so much as teensy wells. Makes me wanna mill 'em out a bit... and, y'know, learn how to do that.

And yeah, shame about it being totally squonk-unfriendly.

Alrighty, Hobbit received and I am surely impressed.

First, what it's not. It's not for cloud chasing. The airflow's adjustable and suitable for moderate lung hits, but you can't open it up all that wide. As well, those teensy well holes only really allow for about twelve drops into a fresh wick, so it hardly holds a ton. I can get four or five toots out of it running at 18 watts (which is my sweet spot for this rda) before dripping in another three or four. It's tiny, too, so it's hardly a beauty piece to sit on pricey mechs. Lastly, the 510 is fixed and stubby in the first place, so I'd never be comfortable putting it on a hybrid adapter.

It is, though, a flavor machine. The compact chamber and airflow from under the coil produces a very tasty and warm vape even at lower power levels. It's dense and satisfying. As well, even though it doesn't hold much juice it's also quite easy to drip into, since it's all held together with o-rings and the top and barrel are separate pieces. It'd probably leak fiercely if you're inclined to overdrip, but if you're careful that won't be a problem. Machining and quality is solid (especially considering price), heat fins are functional, it's the perfect size for egos, and a very easy build (post holes are small, so just wrap your leads around the screws themselves).

If you're in the market for a little dripper, this would suit you well. If you're a flavor-hound more inclined to moderate power levels, or maybe you like to have something like this around for flavor testing, then this is deserving of a little attention. At the price, it's a total steal.

Alright, after a few days of use I have more to say.

It's less leaky than I'd have thought it'd be. I can overdrip a bit and get away with it. It's a touchy gurgly for a toot or two, but easy enough to vape through. As well, it seems to gunk wicks pretty rapidly. A product of vaping a smaller wick so close to dry so easily, perhaps? Super easy to rewick, though.

Last one's a bit of a punch to the gut: I mentioned the 510 pin was stubby? Maybe too stubby. It's essentially flush with the threading itself, and it seems to be giving me shorted-atty behavior from the mvp20w I've been using it on (mvp fires weakly for a second before quitting and displaying the firing button led for another two seconds, which is something it hasn't done with any other rda).

Bummer. If it had a slightly more protruding 510 it'd be easy to recommend for the right application, and if it had an adjustable one I'd happily spend a bit more on it.
