Just received my Infected mod from USA Made mods. I liked it because it's made in the USA & it's got a fun little marketing thing going on. It comes in a Zombie survival kit wrapped in a red rubberized pouch. Inside the zip lock bags there's a little glowstick, a Keychain, a piece of atomic fireball candy and a certificate of authenticity / zombie hunting permit! The mod itself is a mat finished stainless steel and the end caps are mat finished brass. I love the unpolished finish & the threads are butter smooth and the magnetic switch has a nice throw & feel. Can't beat it for $65.

I'm saving and waiting on them to mark em down just a little. The center tube is damascus. $250 is really not a bad deal on these lol
I was looking at that the other day. It'd be nice to have a Damascus steel mod! For what you get in that case I think it's a great setup that's fairly priced for an authentic made in the US mod. Way too many places sell crap for WAY too much money, but people still buy them! I always look around for the best price on something before I spend my money. My Limitless copper mod which is a limited edition was around $250, but I found it on sale somewhere & they had a 30% off sale so I got it for around $130. I don't always buy authentic stuff, I do have a nice mixture of authentics & clones.

Take apart the switch and post a pic. Also, the 510 connect inside the tube. Those are the only 2 things that matter. The rest is.....a tube.

Thanks highway. Those components look as simple as it can get. Very similar to the Ragnorak.

I assume the 2 magnet washers go in opposing directions to create your throw.

Is your switch loosening over time or are the threads keeping it together well? When I hit the fire button it tends to spin the switch and loosens it over time.

Looks like a nice mech. Is it oxidizing?

There's actually 3 magnets, the 2 you see & the third is on the switch. You can either use 2 or 3. Don't know why some people like to only use 2 because with 3 it's a pretty easy throw & I love it! Can't really tell you yet if the switch is going to spin & loosen up cause today is the first day I've used it. I'm extremely happy with it though & consider it a good purchase.
