I have made a PV out of an inhaler. I used the battery pack that comes in the common small LED flashlight, but am using rechargeable triple A's. Then, I took the bottom of an RX bottle (it is blue because the medicine within was "light sensitive", so if you want blue, ask your pharmacist for a bottle for light sensitive meds...not that I know if they can sell them or not?). I drilled a hole for the switch, then a hole out to the side for the positive wire that is going to my atty connection. I soldered a wire out that hole down to the atty (you might want to wire the atty will it's sticking out the mouthpiece with all of the wires in place, in case it is too large to bring down from the top after the fact). I then soldered the other end of the switch with a wire to the positive end of the battery box. I placed some putty on top of the battery box to make sure that it didn't recontact and short out my switch. I then soldered the negative end of the battery holder to the rim of my atty connection. I used epoxy putty to keep my atty connection in place, but nothing else. You don't want anything else to stick together with the way I did it, or you will end up with the inability to switch batteries. I made it so that i had enough wire slack to slip the battery and switch out to replace them at will. Also, the atty connectio is slipped far enough back that when the atty is disconnected, the mouthpiece will all click back together. Now, how in the heck do I get some pics on for y'all? Do I have to upload them to some webpage first? When I go to add pic it wants a URL. Let me know and I'll post pics immediately!
Oh, and the atty does stick out really far when connected but this was unavoidable. Even with the small DSE103 atties it would still stick out. So, I opted to use a bigger/better atomizer for a couple of reasons, first of all, performance. Second of all I didn't want the whole thing to look like a cig stuck in an inhaler. This way, it just looks like a wierd tube/mouthpiece coming out.
Also, i did not do this because I condone vaping in places that smoking/vaping is prohibited or looked down upon. I only did this because I thought it would be cool! Also, if you vaped this walking down a street, I imagine somebody would think it was some new-fangled asthma treatment and may not ask too many questions!
I can also make sure there are pictures of the inner workings so it is more understandable
