I have made a PV out of an inhaler. I used the battery pack that comes in the common small LED flashlight, but am using rechargeable triple A's. Then, I took the bottom of an RX bottle (it is blue because the medicine within was "light sensitive", so if you want blue, ask your pharmacist for a bottle for light sensitive meds...not that I know if they can sell them or not?). I drilled a hole for the switch, then a hole out to the side for the positive wire that is going to my atty connection. I soldered a wire out that hole down to the atty (you might want to wire the atty will it's sticking out the mouthpiece with all of the wires in place, in case it is too large to bring down from the top after the fact). I then soldered the other end of the switch with a wire to the positive end of the battery box. I placed some putty on top of the battery box to make sure that it didn't recontact and short out my switch. I then soldered the negative end of the battery holder to the rim of my atty connection. I used epoxy putty to keep my atty connection in place, but nothing else. You don't want anything else to stick together with the way I did it, or you will end up with the inability to switch batteries. I made it so that i had enough wire slack to slip the battery and switch out to replace them at will. Also, the atty connectio is slipped far enough back that when the atty is disconnected, the mouthpiece will all click back together. Now, how in the heck do I get some pics on for y'all? Do I have to upload them to some webpage first? When I go to add pic it wants a URL. Let me know and I'll post pics immediately!

Oh, and the atty does stick out really far when connected but this was unavoidable. Even with the small DSE103 atties it would still stick out. So, I opted to use a bigger/better atomizer for a couple of reasons, first of all, performance. Second of all I didn't want the whole thing to look like a cig stuck in an inhaler. This way, it just looks like a wierd tube/mouthpiece coming out.

Also, i did not do this because I condone vaping in places that smoking/vaping is prohibited or looked down upon. I only did this because I thought it would be cool! Also, if you vaped this walking down a street, I imagine somebody would think it was some new-fangled asthma treatment and may not ask too many questions!

I can also make sure there are pictures of the inner workings so it is more understandable

There are several ways to post pics. If you are lucky, you can just copy and paste them (this has worked for me in the past, sometimes). You can just attach them (paperclip icon above the box where you type when you hit the Post Reply button). You can upload them to a photo hosting website like photobucket.com and then give us a link. You can upload them to the same type of site and then click post picture and put the address of your pics in there where it is looking for a URL.

I hope this helps, I want to see it.:(

Working on it....I curse country internet. We can only get satellite in the boondocks...and for those of you who have never tried satellite internet, there is such a large delay (~8 seconds) that it clashes with the sites as it communicates with them, and that equals extremely slow surfing...and the upload speed SUX! I'll post a photobucket link very very soon!

OK, I know it's a bit funkay....I was in a pinch and had to fix some stuff at the last moment. I don't like the angle of the atty, but it works...but in hindsite I would tip it way up, because I do have to hold it a bit funny for proper wicking. The button is a bit crooked. I took it out to solder on it (horrid hard to solder inside the cap) and when I put it back in I couldn't get the last bit of threads to come through, so it's a bit crooked. I also had to use epoxy putty to build up the back of the whole thing a bit to make a snug fit for the cap with the button because when i epoxied on top of the battery case I built it a bit too high and the cap didn't want to snap in, it was just kinda setting there. I also blanked out the Rx info...wouldn't want any stalkers...ROFL! I left the Rx on for it to look more authentic, I should have replaced it with a sticker called the "invaler" or "invaporaler" or something with a logo of some sort. But I wanted to post this before anybody else did it! I was so excited. This is my only mod (other than the one that nicowolf was nice enough to show us all, I did that one and put my janty away for good, I love all the power of 3 AA's! WOOT).

TOTALLY rejoice! we have 1.5 mbps download but like.... 0.005 mbps upload! ROFL! Man, it really bites the big one! Hope y'all like what I did. I don't think I'm up for a video though, I know that would authenticate it and everything, but man, I ain't easy on the eyes! I would crash youtube! Oh, and I tried to upload a 10 sec video once, and let me tell ya, with my slow upload, it took an hour to get only 1%, I gave up after that!

Oh yeah, like a friggin' freight train. I have 3 AAA rechargeables in there, it is running on 3.6v. With the size of the batteries, I imagine it would last all day or more. Of course, I hooked it up to a brand new BE112 atomizer which BTW so far vapes way better than any other 801 that i've tried, but then again, over the last 24 hours, I'm still vaping off primer, so it could just be that they have a really smoky primer on there. Oh, and yes, the inhaler that was in it prior tasted like dr. scholls foot spray if it got on my tongue...way ick, it tastes MUCH better now that I have "fixed" it! No worries, my Rx ran out 4 months ago and I only used 1 in the last year, I am pretty sure that I can get away with a primeatine...or just call a doc for a refill. So, I didn't need the inhaler or anything. Thank you for your compliment rejoice! I have been so excited for the last 4 days in anticipation of having my husband run the soldering iron (I do a lot of things, but soldering is not one of them!).

WOW. That is one ambitious mod! Much better than the other version I found.
