I personally do not own any j tanks nor have I done any business with said vendor. I will say this in my forum wanderings I have come across the same or similar complaints that a few people have listed here about this company. There are two sides to every story but even so if thete is a known issue with a product being sold user fault or product fault it should be addressed by the company in a professional manner period. Perhaps the person they spoke with has an attitude problem who knows. The owner of the company should at least care enough to fix what is wrong and not belittle customers or let his employees do it either. I feel new people to vapping seeing posts like this may be put off by them and that is never a good thing. I know vendors want to make money and some could probably care less about us consumers those folks won't be in business long. We are different here I think we ate excited that vapping is saving lives and getting that word out and educating the general public seems to be the goal. I hope that electronicstixs sees this and doe the right thing here.
