I am PBusardo follower and I have seen one of the videos where he is complainting about the inconsistency on the Kanger T3s he received from one of his vendors.... the suspicious fake clearomizer that turned to be legit, the 2 holes Vs 3 holes, Etc... does someone here have noticed this difference? I just have the 2 hole version but I want to buy more and probably I would not like to get a 3 hole version.. what has been your experience?

Thanks

Vapmex, I am a PBusardo follower too. I have been using the T3s. Mine are 3 hole (Kangers - supposedly). I love them but they require some fiddling. I have to tighten, loosen, rinse often to prevent the occasional burnt taste or random leak. I'm OK with it because I reached a point with my tank/cartos that I couldn't stand em anymore. I love em when they're working right. The taste and vapor are amazing. I would love to get a hold of the 2 hole for comparison. I haven't had to replace the heads on mine as they are still working good. I did remove one of the flavor wicks to see if that stopped the occasional burnt taste. It didn't. Tightening or loosening the head from the tank seems to help. Anxious to see more replys on this, so thank you for the thread :)

I got the 3 holes as well, how many volts are you pushing on it? How can you get rid of this plastic kinda taste they have? Does it ever go away? I just got 3 of them in the mail, havnt even ran a full tank off juice through it yet... but it's got this nasty plastic taste to it. Not sure what the deal is with these things.

Gummy,
As matcas said, I unscrew head and rinse with hot water, both head and tank. Blow out from battery end. Dry with paper towel and fluff wicks. Fill. I haven't had the plastic taste ..... yet

And this is with a brand new T3? I noticed he said they require some maintanace and fiddling, want sure if he ment to keep them running good.... my issue is it isn't running good from the start. Doesn't keep up, bad taste, dry hits. Its built solid and doesn't leak, but other than that it sucks so far.

I bought two of the 2-hole coils from Stormy's the first week of October. Every one I've bought from four other vendors since then have been the 3-hole version. I don't think Kanger makes the 2-hole version any more.

J.R.

That's what I was worried about.

Gummy, I rinsed my 3 hole T3 to start, just to make sure there wasn't any residue from the manufacturing process. Have you tried to remove 1 of the flavor wicks? On mine, I removed one to see if that helped it keep up. I don't get dry hits as often. And now when I do, I just loosen the head from the tank just a tad, dry hit. Voila! Bliss! (I usually use 70/30 pg/vg at around 4.2 on a twist) Hope this helps.

I get the bad taste sometimes oddly enough on 70VG/30PG juices.

I run 100 percent vg at 4.3 volts with no weird taste.

I have to run the vg/pg mix between 3.8 and 4 volts or i get burnt taste after 5 pulls.

VV device on the right setting helps a lot with these. Btw these are 2.4ohm heads.

Id figure with the higher VG content you would get more bad taste since its thicker and can't keep up with the wicking. My pure PG juice should be able to keep up just fine... I'm starting to think that the issue with these things goes farther that the juice just not soaking up quickly enough into the wick. I havn't disected mine yet so I'm not sure what's all going on under the hood. Id love to crack it open and be able to redo the wick with cotton or something. I love the size of it, its built nice, looks cool, it would be a nice clearo to have work good. If the thing would vape nice it would be by far my favorit clearos.

I've never re wicked anything but these look easy. Recoiling it would be more of a pain then buying a new head.

Wonder if he realized the faulty the T3's he got ahold are made by "vision" not by kanger ?!?!??!

Kanger added the third hole when they dropped the 1.8 heads,so the two\threee hole just determines how old the head is ,nothing else
