The link path to add text to signature?

Hi, I feel really stupid but I can't find the place to add text to my signature. I looked in "my profile" and "personal details" and anywhere else I thought it might be. Can someone please tell me what I need to click on to get me to there? Thanks :/

Hover your mouse over your user name at the top of this frame.
Choose "signature" from the sub menu.

not sure but as a new member you may not yet have access to the signature, if memory serves it's the same rules as there are for posting links, become an active member (non spam) wait about an hour or two and then you should have access
