The Mail Just Delivered my New Tesla Invader

I just got this in the mail this morning. It's my first Mech Box mod! I'm running it on one battery until I get the new batterys (IMR 18650, 2600 mah 38 amp) charged up. I really like the feel of the wood box,but it might be a little too large for smaller hands. RD

Yeah,I'm thinking the same. I might try a coat of Polyurethane,or two,to help protect the finish.

What kind of switch is in the Tesla? I've got two mech boxes and both have fully mechanical switches so no worries about MOSFETs or anti-vandal switch amp ratings.

I'm not really sure what switch it is,but it's great! I think the Tesla has a Mosfet in it though? Maybe a fuse? Not sure?

is there vent holes for the battery? or is it magnet so they aren't needed because it will just pop off the back if the batteries vent?

The cover is held on by magnets! When I'm running a Sub Ohm RDA,it makes it easy to check the battries,for heat,with your thumb. Takes about 2 seconds!
