The mechanical one

You could just get a 510 to 510 adaptor, or an aluminum airflow controller, much cheaper to replace a $5 airflow controller than a whole mod.

I'll toss my $0.02 in and say That I love my nemmy clone with the magnetic button upgrade, my king clone and poldiac clone are a bit more finiky, but I'm quickly falling head over heels for the nzonic clone I got for xmas.

So, ive got my trusted Vamo V2, it works superb on my clearomizers and cartomizers in my opinion.
Now I want to get a mechanical, the things ive read states that one should really use a mech
    for rba's.

So what ive asking about is which mechanical are the best out there right now?
Would like to hear which is best bang per buck.

    Thanks!

Not really. I started using mechanicals long before there were RBA's to put on them. So did thousands of others. In fact the first commercially available "mod" was a mechanical.

Also RBA's have evolved beyond needing all the amperage that only a mchanical can provide. In fact it's pretty easy to build coils that will actully work better on your Vamo than they will on a mechanical. (require more voltage, but less amps) That's a 2 ohm coil on that provari.

Many rba's vape great at maximum watts on a regulated device. Some rba's are not well suited for sub ohm builds. And one doesn't need to go sub ohm to get great tasting vape and big clouds. Two of my favorite rba's work best at standard ohm builds at 15 watts of power. One of them out performs my .5 ohm dual coil rba. So I use it on the Provari at max watts. I'll run my sub ohm builds straight mech, my standard ohm builds I'll run on the Provari or the Nemesis kicked at 15 watts.

So, before you run off into the mech world, would recommend getting a decent rba for your vamo, and become proficient first. Then if you feel you still need to go mechanical, find what is best for you. At least with the Vamo you have the protection and everything you need to start rba's with. Then if you go mech, you still have a spare mod and backup. Finding the rba that you prefer is part of the learning, then optimizing the build is the rest of the story. By time you are ready for full out building and mechs, you will then have all the nifty tools of the craft and be better able to determine exactly what you want and won't have to ask.

i got the EHPro caravela clone that takes a 18350 battery for something small to take when on the go. the mod itself is less than 3 inches long and VERY good quality. one backup battery and its good to go all day and night. it was $66 from RTDVapor.com
