I've wondered if they might mistake a lava tube or other such PV for a weapon...Any police officers out there?

Someone had a thread going about getting stopped for being on his cell phone - can't remember who it was. Got ticketed, regardless of the fact that his cell phone was in his pocket and a mod was in his hand.

Rob from HV was mentioning at the last meet that he got pulled over as the cop thought he was putting on his seat belt while driving.
What he was actually doing was grabbing his Vmod and taking a puff. He was using a stainless steel Vmod.

I had a cop on the highway pass me then slow down to ride beside me for a while. I took a puff from my vmod and held it up as I blew out the vapor... He gave me thumbs up and buggered off.

I vape at red lights often and never get any looks. Although I have my sunglasses on and never look around either. I do keep "Bob" in a side pocket of my purse though and the drip tip and part of the tank stick out. I've had my son's friends ask about it and one girl even took it right out of my purse pocket to show it to her dad.

I don't recall, but knowing the kind of guy that he is, shameless, then yeah he probably said something that I wouldn't be able to repeat here anyway

Nah, Bob has a good sense of humour just like its owner

The other reason that I cannot remember probably has to do with the fact that my friend cracks shameless jokes a mile a minute and there are just too many to remember.
