I used to do that, how I broke my schedule of this was to leave the PV alone (Trust me, when I smoked Analogs my urge was so bad that more often then not it was shower while smoking

). I'd go through my usual morning motions and leave it upstairs, each time longer periods. I'd also not change my habbits at all in the first jant of it all, I still went outside in the morning to
vape..ect.
Now I'm down to 6mg and truthfully don't require a morning
vape or really any time of the day. I do it for flavor now a days as I enjoy the taste (if you swapped me out for 0 nic I prob. wouldn't notice). If you want to break this cycle then just make an attempt to stay away from it, I promise its nothing more then just a habbit.
