Wow 1 year, I thought it would be easier then that . Do you have any health problems that you had when smoking just analogs. Is it really that hard to give up analogs after vaping for a year?
I will say this - I had totally given up analogs after 2mths vaping, then I got really sick and thought it was due to the ecig so I stopped using them and went back to analogs - very bad move on my part because my illness was just that :(
Trying to stop analogs for me the second time around is very difficult as my spouse won't even try vaping so I'm around analogs all the time. I also have obsessive compulsive disorder and severe chronic depression so any kind of change is very difficult for me.

I too need smokeless tobacco to keep cravings at bay (and to feel reasonably human, too). Even the worst of the smokeless ones is still less harmfull than analogs, so if upping the nic does not do the trick, try whatever you can get easily. If it works, read through the smokeless forum to find out something that suits you. Snus is fine, and has a proven record of being quite harmless.

However, you also should tell us what PV you use. (Unless I missed you telling already.) If you got yourself a very small model, as many beginners do, you may simply not get enough out of it.
