The Natural Mod - battery question flat or button?

I emailed got vapes, where I ordered by Natural mod. They said to use flat top batteries. I ordered button top batteries. Is this going to be a problem? I have all 3 battery sizes on order, and the extension piece coming.

Button top Panasonic 2200 mah do not fit properly.
Panasonic 2200 mah flat tops fit fine also the AW 2000 mah button tops fit.
Dont know about others.
